I buy heb organic salmon. It happened to me 4-5 times. I have returned it a few times. They change the labels of expired fish and print a new date . fish are broken. it smells bad. You are playing with people's health. Why is such a fraud being made?
Love, love, love this store. It was my first time ever shopping in a HEB's. I will be back. The staff was so polite and helpful. Good quality food selections and well organized.
Good, just can't find baby distill water in 6 Oz bottles anymore
Good store. The layout is different than Most HEB. Probably more like a semi central market than a normal HEB in that it directs you around the store instead of huge open spaces. I guess the deciding factor for me is really traffic in the area.
Always stocked up and great customer service ??
I love the store overall but I am sadly disappointed with the meat/butcher department. I asked if the gentleman could thinly slice a $16 eye of round steak to which he replied his machine wasn't working. Not even a second after I turned around I could clearly hear the machine cutting through a different customer's order. I never have this issue at an Asian supermarket and will never ask the butcher to do his job ever again.
Quality of everything was spot on. The arrangement of products, very organized. My only complaint is the continuity, where you think items would be they were not. Other than that, nice store.

Produce section was very large and well stocked. The other aisles were strangely organized. Example, Breakfast items not all grouped together. Had to go down several aisles to figure out where things were. Decent customer service but not what I expect from an HEB. No one offered to help.
Nice store. Very big.Meat department was crazy. Very little selection. Picked over.Frozen foods were also picked over.Shopping was more relaxing after leaving meat department.
