Arrived missing all meat with the entire order (2 orders of ramen). Noodles were old. Unsafe to eat even that. The entire order had to be trashed. Quite disheartening as my wife and I are both sick and quarantining and needed a hot soup to alleviate symptoms. From working in the service business it just looks like a classic case of “get home itis” at the end of the night from the entire GK staff.Restaurant offered no resolution other than a shallow apology and an excuse about the lack of manager on duty. No attention to detail. Obviously rushed. Avoid if you can or dine-in. With other Japanese options in the area I would exercise those first before chancing an order here.

??? It is currently my favorite place for Japanese cuisine! The menu is divine!! I can't cite just one or two options, because everything is just delicious! The desserts are absolutely divine, I only tasted this flavor in Tokyo, Japan! And the service is so kind, friendly and careful!I really appreciate our waiter “Hao”, the best!!I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have fun, and tasting the best of Japanese food! And the best, this restaurant has an address throughout the US and Canada, isn't it great?! Perfect for my family and friends!!
First time here; and definitely not the last time! First time we cook for ourselves and it was definitely a cool experience! We loved the experience and the awesome ambience. Very spacious and clean restaurant. I’d highly recommend for anyone to try it. Customer service was great :)
A friend recommended this place to me and I wish I could give more than fivw stars. We made reservations for a friend's birthday, and it was absolutely worth it. Our waiter, Kevin, was phenomenal. He was very patient with us as he explained everything, and even made some recommendations on what to order, and he was absolutely on point. He was also super attentive to everything our party needed, and fixed any problem we had as soon as he could. I can't speak highly enough of his service. The food was phenomenal. The bistro hanger was my personal favorite. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Such a fun place for lunch! We spent our anniversary her and really enjoyed it. We’ll be back for sure! Fun place to cook our own food. Plenty of different options.

Been wanting to try this place for a while now, it looked interesting. We came in right at opening and got seated right away. Our server, Carley explained the menu to us and was very patient with us. The food, service and experience were absolutely on point. I'll be back and would gladly recommend this place to any of my family and friends.
A little pricey heard it goes up significantly after lunch, paid about 22 bucks for the 2 meat and upgraded rice for 1 person with a drink miso soup and a salad during lunch hours. The hanger bistro steak is amazing and whatever that sauce was in the middle was awesome as well and the sweet soy was good. The garlic rice was also very good. And fairly quick service.
