I love this place, my favorite. Is actually better than any other tea house.
Awful experience. We used to love the shaved ice and fresh fruits. Today all the fruits were not ripe and they cut them in massive pieces too big to eat and enjoy with the shaved ice. The place looks run down and the staff aren’t friendly at all
Amazing service, little time to make the tapioca, and an amazing taste in them. But, no straws.
Terrible service. We ate there this afternoon after lunch in china town. We use to come here when our kids were young. Both my wife and I got stomach pains after eating here. Place looks rundown, dark and looks dirty. The display looks terrible. Most of the fruits were rotting in the display.
Bad Service, the lady working there is not friendly at all, she is very mean with the customers. Definitely not recommend it
This place only takes cash and is a hit or miss for desserts. The girl who worked at a cashier was not very pleasant and should learn how to make smoothies/slushees right. I ordered the Mango Strawberry Smoothie and it was rather watery. If it isn't under $4, I would not have gotten it.

Walked in and they said that they didn’t take card. So I came back an hour later to order SHAVED ICE and mind you the place is called GO GO ICE.... I walk up to order and they said “we’re out of ice”
Love it... but yall should write the hours on each drink... have been there on several occasions in the afternoon and I can no longer get the fruit tea...
Used to love coming here but they have this new lady working here and she is not nice at all and sometimes does only one fruit smoothies when asked mixed
