I had not been to this restaurant in years so a few things changed. Overall the food was still delicious since it depends what foods you pack in the bowl provided, mine were good. The biggest difference is that you now select your base option and size of bowl when you pay in advance.
My husband got the wrong food. Apps did not come out on time and they were a bit burnt and tasted bland. Gyoza sauce wasn't a gyoza sauce. Tasted like sweet n sour sauce mixed with teriyaki sauce. The restaurant was very dark and needs an update
The parking lot was not cleaned or maintained well enough. Leaves and debris were seen in the entrance (both sides of doors).
first off i’m vegetarian and i go here all the time and I always ask the cook to please not cook mine next to someone that has meat and yet they always ignore me and get big chunks of meat in my stuff which is absolutely disgusting. not to mention the meat is the first on the station and everyone touches it with their gloves and then touches all of the seasonings and all of the tongs to all the veggie stuff with juicy meat gloves and literally all of the seasonings and tongs are covered in nasty smelling juices and there’s always a bunch of flies around. this is one of the only places I can eat at that’s near me but I’ll probably have to stop going here because of how nasty everyone is with the meat. also also most people don’t even use gloves at all. i’ve seen multiple people just grab the food with their bare hands and put it in their bowl
As soon as we walked in the cashier looked annoyed to take our order and was rushing us and lacked basic customer service skills. We had never dined there and she didn’t want to explain how the process went. The table we sat at was never wiped down even after we made her aware of it. The meat area smelled soo bad. I’ve had better customer service at a fast food places. Shout out to the chefs tho, they were very helpful. The ladies in the front though should really take management/customer service classes. Won’t be coming back to this location.
The food here is amazing! The only reason I don’t give it 5 starts is due to customer service. The several times we’ve been here it’s confusing because sometimes they bring the drinks to us and other times they give us the cups for us to fill up ourselves. We had an experience today where they said they would bring them to us but we ended up having to get it ourselves. Other than that everything else is good! No one is rude btw it just lacks customer service the employees are pretty nice!
The food was great but the customer service was bad. The waitress never checked with us after taking our order. Our food set on the bar for several minutes until we went to see if it was ours and it was. We had to search to find silverware and no one ever came over to see if we needed anything. We were never greeted and the lady that took out order never smiled or even said thank you. I probably won't return to this location.
By far the worst GG I have ever eaten at. From the moment you walk in the door, you will notice that service is not in their training manual. They don't seat you or get your drink for you (I had to find this out the hard way). Lunch just started, and they were already out of several items on the food line, including seasonings.The bottom line is to go to a GG, just not this one.
Good, hot food but in small location. The food bar top was pretty messy and the pans were hard to reach. Overall clean enough. Had to move seats though. The grill cook had his music playing and the overhead speaker had the music too loud... about drove me nuts! Come on people, I came to sit and chill out for a minute!
Good was good and hot, but the restaurant itself needs updating.
