Excelent service, delicious food, clean place and nice environment.
Amazing food. Soup dumplings were ? omg. Chili oil is something I always look for and they have one that’s great it’s fried lightly spicy and Smokey. Overall great service and even better food.
Went in on a late night for a date. Ordered Thai tea to go and asked for no ice. The waitress brings me a cup that’s not even half way filled and says “oh it came out of a bottle sorry!” Ummm okay? Well maybe you should pour two bottles instead of charging someone $5.00 + tax for 3oz of premade Thai tea!! We go on to order dinner and waited almost 30mins for her to return with only two things that we ordered saying “oh the kitchen is already closed!” But it’s on our tab. I’m not gonna be dishonest and say the food wasn’t good because it was but they are over priced, unorganized, and will try to still ring you up for things they haven’t even served you. I rate them 2/5 do to the service, dishonest, and waste of time
the food here is good but the service needs improvement, maybe my group of 4 who ordered 4 entrees was too much to handle compared to the tables of 6+ people. maybe that’s why our meals got served 30 minutes after receiving drinks, our complimentary rice after another 20ish minutes (we had to remind our waitress), and after asking for the check waited for 10 minutes before going up to pay instead. I’m surprised they remembered to reminded us to leave them a nice big tip as we left. sorry fufus, do better next time <33
Delicious meal at Chinese New Year's eve, good food as always at Fufu. Never disappointed. Recommend this place if you're looking for a place to eat at Chinatown!
The food was sO insanely salty that it made me absolutely sick. I’ve never been the type to have a weak stomach and i’m a healthy/active college student, so i was shocked this food made me as sick as it did. My friends who ate here with me also left feeling awful. I had symptoms of extreme hypertension and was vomiting all night from this food. I considered going to the emergency room because of how sick it made me. Absolutely do not recommend going here, the food isn’t very good and it’s definitely not worth how horrible you’ll feel after eating it.

I have never had such a bad restaurant experience in my life. Ignored by the waitress when we walked in; stood by the door for five minutes despite an almost empty restaurant before we were seated. Half the menu wasn’t available, but we were not told until we tried to order and apparently everything was out. The restaurant won’t keep anything stocked. The waitress was super rude. She took our utensils to give them to another table after we sat down, and we had to ask her for them back after we were served. She doesn’t change her gloves in between handling different dishes, cleaning up tables, checking people out etc. absolutely unacceptable during a pandemic. Food took forever to come out. Wasnt even that good. No one bothered to check on us while we were eating; had to use our own napkins because any attempts to get their attention were ignored. General cleanliness of the restaurant and restroom especially were appalling. Never go here. Total waste of money
