I used to love this place but the food quality has deteriorated. My hamburger was obviously a pre-cooked hamburger patty. The hamburger had a slight taste.The vegetable trays did not look fresh.So sad that this franchise has been sold to someone who is more concerned about profits than quality. Not ever returning...

Been a while since I ate at a Fuddruckers, but they still serve sober good burgers. There's a 1/4 pound burger combo that's a great deal. I had the cheese burger combo. The combo was just the right amount of filling, but not too full. The buns and burger tasted fresh. I like how you can select what to put on your burger from lettuce, pickles, onions, jalapeños, condiments, and other vegetables.
We tried to eat at this location yesterday afternoon around 4:30. When we arrived people were standing outside. The doors were locked with a sign on the door saying they were at capacity and not allowing anyone else in even though there were plenty of open tables. Did no one inform them that we are past that point in this pandemic? And locking people in the restaurant seems like a fire code violation to me. They also required gloves and masks for entry. We will not return to this location.
I Oder a lot from this location as our neighborhood is very close by, less the. 3 minutes. I ordered for a pick up over the phone and spoke with the same young lady that was taking orders and processing payments in person. When I came here not only do you have to wait in line even if you ordered ahead (which I knew from past experience) but when I got to the front to advise of my order she stated that they would cal my order when ready. I was surprised by this due to two to go orders sitting next to her but didn’t think much and stepped aside to wait. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes, watched the whole in person orders get sent out as well as orders from ahead and behind me when I was in line. Finally a manager who was a bling woman asked my fiancé and I what we were waiting on. When we gave her our recipes she looked at the two owners that had been sitting and said they were ours. She asked who took our payment and told the young girl at the register that our orders were sitting next to her. She apologized and the manager said there was nothing they could do it was out of her hands. She asked if we wanted them to remake the order and pointed to the line and said it would take 10-20 minutes to remake. We said no and took our food. While the manager did ask if we wanted our food remade she knew we were not going to wait longer and really showed no interest in the lack of management happening at the register. I really recommend some better management and maybe training for this location. It’s a very busy one due to the mall and neighborhoods surrounding it and I duh as been going down hill since the pandemic.
I was only able to put 1 star instead of a half star so here goesI use to love the job but the people make u hate it. They are very unprofessional managers. Who dont know how to treat or talk to the workers some may lie for them because of fear but im not gonna lie even what i type today isnt enough of what i go through there .I recently just quit working at this locationThe manager is highly unprofessional shes rude to customers but will have a fake smile in the beggining but as soon as u turn around she has the stankest look of annoyment on her face no matter how nice you were to herShe has been disrespectful to my relationship she has been treating me badly since the actual liked gm left. She talks about everyone even if you are nice to her.She lies about what happens and wat is said . the job is hazardous and dirty they have a possum problem and mold problem in kitchen. Should have been shut down.Shes the Puerto Rican and black chick there u wont miss her shes the biggest of them all. She watch me work hard and constantly picks at me on purpose but in front of others she act like she's and angel. I was wrongfully treated and i am done!!! Do not go here because its not genuine and half the time they bs with the orders. I was the fry cook always making onion rings so uk me from there. I usually have a smile but the days i dont its because of her . she is unfit to be GM.my opinion
I tried out the turkey burger and it was good, but my favorites are still bourbon or swiss cheese. This location is great, the only downside is that they didn't have Fuddruckers sauce or bbq sauce. Service was great and the restrooms clean.
This was my first time eating at a Fuddruckers and I have to tell yall this is a must try! I had a 1/3lb bacon cheddar burger with the Fudd fries and the burger was massive I couldn't even eat half the burger once I put all my favorite fixings on it from the make it your own bar set up they have. Yall they even had hot nacho cheese for my fries who doesn't love cheese fries I mean anywhere else is gonna charge extra for your cheese. Place was clean and they had games in the back for your kiddos if you have kids! We will definitely be going back again! I forgot to take a picture because I was so hungry ??
Food was good like always, but the place was very dirty and the bathroom nasty with the soap dispensers broken
Ordered a large order over the phone for the HCSO. So many specifics & preferences went into this order & they got everything down to the mustard, extra ranch & chocolate cookie. Customer service was absolutely PERFECT both over the phone & in person.The food was perfect for everyone-zero complaints!I highly recommend this location!
