The line is disrespectfully long. They take orders one car at a time. The chicken was good however not worth a chunk of time out of my day. Once you get in the parking lot you're trapped. Hopefully when they move and I hope it's soon, all this time consuming waiting will cease.
Sad that you pay 10 dollars for wings the size of my thumb. I know times hard butFrenchys please do better.
The food is good and of good quality, but they have very small portions. The wings are tiny and the sides are gone within 5 bites. If you're looking for a "taste" of Cajun, this is the place to go. But for better portions try somewhere else.
They are only doing drive thru and curbside still so you'll sit in line (traffic) a long time. Be prepared to wait but for fast food chicken is worth the wait. Plan accordingly because it's not the place to stop if you're in a time crunch.
Wait time Horrible( once you enter the parking lot there is only one way out so you have to wait) customer service horrible. Food mediocre at best nothing was hot or fresh despite the long wait. Honestly never again not for no chicken not even when they move locations.O yeah they charge you 5 cents for ketchup and they don’t have hot sauce or honey. If they did I’m sure that would be a charge as well. Soon I’m sure they will charge you for the to go boxes ?
I love this chicken as many others do, but it’s time to fix some processes! It’s crazy how slow this line moves. The outside speaker doesn’t work, no process in place to speed the process. (Maybe take a few notes from Chick-fil-A. Your chicken IS better, but this is ridiculous. See you in a few months, though! (My patience isn’t set up for this madness).
Had to sit in line for over an hour for chicken. It was good but there was no remedy for the long wait. No drink on the house, no extra roll or jalapeños. Just what you ordered and business as usual.And before someone says something smart, the parking lot is designed to keep you there once you enter.
Way too expensive for what you get. 5 wings, 1 regular side and a drink; does not come with a roll, so had to add that. Came to nearly $14. Really Frenchy's?!! Shame on y'all. Also step your game up and marinate your chicken overnight. Only the crust is seasoned. The actual chicken is bland/ tasteless.
My family could not use the restroom. We were told to get out and walk across the street. They cause traffic on the road, and there was even a wreck because of their generated traffic. It was just ghetto and so unprofessional. I'm surprised they even have customers. My family and I will never be back, and the manager's lack of compassion will bring the business downhill. God does not like ugly.
This is as close to home cooked chicken as I've had in a long time. I preferred the chicken over the tenders. The boudain balls and sweet potato pie were okay. The chicken is delish!
