1st time visiting this establishment and the food was tremendous! Staff was very respectful . I will return!!
Fried chicken and cornbread was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely returning.
The food was hot and fresh they were super busy but they still provided fast service and the customer service skills are great!!! I was having a bad day and I came here to get food the staff totally cheered me up and turned my whole day around! I left out smiling and happy and with the tastiest chicken you will find anywhere on this side of town!!! I wish I could give more stars!!!
We ordered 2 sweet potato pies from the Frenchy's Sugar Land location for 2021 Christmas and it was TERRIBLE. It was salty... I gave the 2nd pie to a friend bc she never had one. I'm totally embarrassed and disappointed I will call the restaurant on tomorrow and keep you postedHere is my update... Ms D took care of my issue. Excellent customer service.

Gave me the wrong order entirely. The chicken was good except the wings were pigeon sized and they wrongly included a thigh in my order which I don't eat.
The best chicken I have had all year. Crunchy, flavorful, and will fill you up. Good amount for the money. Fried okra, greens, and Mac and cheese good to. Plus the rolls and biscuits.
This is the 2nd time I am not happy with my order so I felt I should share. I wanted fresh wings so I waited 8min so I started eating my fries and they were cold and not fresh. The wings were hot but greasy. I spent over $10 so unsatisfactory with my meal. My complaint the last order was just that unfresh and greasy please do better with serving customer food. I'm very disappointed so I want visit this location again.
