The chicken was a little too salty but fried to perfection. The outside of the business is not the best but friendly staff and good food.
Terrible customer service. The lady that took my money was clearly not having a good day. Her attitude was as if I was bothering her. She was upset that I tried to purchase $46 worth of food with a $100 bill. Her first mind was to tell me after she has walked for 2 minutes with my cash in her hand. I DON'T HAVE CHANGE FOR THIS....and the young man in the drive thru told her that all she needed was $50 in her drawer. I could not stay another second. Took my cash and left. Will never go to Waco location ever again.
I go here cause it is black own but the ghetto females that work there is unreal, please teach your people to say hello,thank you,have a nice day/ night/weekend etc.
Food has a nasty after taste and chicken is soggy. I love frenchy's but today was awful. And they forgot to give me my family fries, biscuits and drink. Worse experience ever.
The workers there now are very lazy and disrespectful, they tried to attack me on 12/04/2022 9:50 because I got a doordash order before they close at 10:00, They are very dirty here need to Tear it down nd build something else
Came here the other night to pick up an order through a third party app. Service was not up to par. Waited in line almost twenty minutes. The entire time I could hear the workers giggling & listening to their music loudly, not to mention no one came to the window to greet etc. Extremely unprofessional.
Haven't had this chicken in years, so I went. I noticed their chicken has really gotten expensive, and looking at the chicken in the bin it's too small. Anyway, I waited 15m or more for my order, and I was the 3rd in line. They had 3 people working, but more emphasis was on the door dash orders than anything else. I got tired of waiting so I canceled my order, wasn't rude about it. But the mgr, went ham on me. I'm a older gentleman, but I still showed her respect as a older female, she def wasn't no lady. Will not ever go to any of the locations again. It wasn't just the service, but the prices are far too high for my blood.Sad because I grew up on Frenchys, but moved out of state.
Um I thought that the food was cold one time maybe nextime different ! Sike cold old and you stay on hold every visit! I assume they cook a large amount once every couple hours the temperature is definitely against food regulations and to say something at been cooked ahead of time the wait shouldn’t be 39 minutes just to throw it in a sandwich bag! Y’all not cooking anything fresh I wouldn’t mind the wait if the bag was steaming but it not and never been and won’t!
