Two stars: good food, horrible service.My wife and I buy from here periodically, and every time we do, we enjoy it, bur we know something is going to go wrong.Whether it's having to wait half an hour for our order in the drive thru, or the sundae container filled to the point of leakage, or getting a chicken sandwich when thats not what I ordered. Every time.The most recent visit saw us ordering chili fries alongside our food, and rather than being put into the Styrofoam container it's supposed to go into, it was put in a regular sandwich box, soaking, leaking, and falling apart in just a few minutes.
I chose Freddy’s today for lunch and it was the best decision. I walked in and immediately Julissa greeted me and was ready to take my order. She was polite and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it (I’m VERY picky and particular). Unfortunately there was no macadamia nuts :( but she offered an extra serving of strawberries to make up for it. My food was nice, hot, and delicious. As it got busier, I was still cared for by multiple employees as they bussed tables and worked their stations. Definitely worth the trip
Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru, pretty clear the staff is incompetent. Took 4 different people to find an order of 1 burger and fries, none of them seem worried about the 10 people behind us waiting in line. The owner might need to reevaluate his choices in staffUPDATE: we also got the wrong order after 30 minutes and there’s a ton of staff I would highly suggest finding people who can do their job. He gave me a free meal coupon but still charged me for the wrong order. Not angry or upset but feel sorry for the owner of this location who is letting people like that run his business into the groundsecond update: I just checked out the free meal coupon it is not it is a teacher discount and I’m not a teacher so staff also lies
We came to Freddy’s for a family dinner out. The food was great. Came out very fast and hot. Some drinks were not available and condiments need to be stocked better. We signed up for the rewards program as well and unfortunately systems were down and were unable to use the code for points in the app. App and condiments not being available was the only reason I gave it a 4 star review
Freddys is a new place for me that would be my favorite, if it weren't for the mess of getting what I ordered. I've only been here 3 times and 2 of those times my order was screwed up in some way. 1st time I was missing a burger all together and called to tell them, they said they would send me some coupons, which I never received with it going on 6 months. 2nd screw up was I had ordered 3 large concretes with the meals and got 1 LG and 2 regular. It took them over 10 minutes to get them after I had already had my food for 5 min. And to top that off, there was BARELY any toppings in there compared to the last time we ate there. Very disappointing experiences. But food has been good...when we get it.EDIT: Raised 1 star since receiving my 2 free combo vouchers. Called January 8th, received vouchers April 26.
I didn't care for the the thin cut fries, I I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger. The meat was seasoned well, a little thin for me but good flavor. Loved the pickles and onions. The jalapeños burger had some good heat
I haven’t been to freddy’s in over a year and i’m glad I haven’t. I came inside and ordered a double cheese with fries. The food was great but the customer service was not. I could not get the name of the employee that “helped” me. The man had tattoos on his arm and neck. He was being rude and seemed like he was too busy to attend me. Last time I would come here.
This lady named Zulma helped me and walked me through the menu as I was confused between a concrete and a sundae. She suggested a mini strawberry sundae with hot fudge and it was amazing! will definitely be coming back to see that pretty young lady.
No cap, the food is great. The cheese curds are the best in town and their custard is an experience. Their burgers leave you wanting another because they're just that good. I recommend the jalapeno burger with a large order of cheese curds and a root beer. The best thing they have is good customer service. They are very accomodating for allergies and diets. They have a veggie burger that is actually flavorful.
I have been going to Freddy’s for a while now because my daughters have developed this obsession with their food. I’d like to highlight the drive thru worker Dylan because this is my second encounter with him serving me and his customer service is just A1. I recognized him because of ia accent but mainly because he shows such car and kindness for the customers. Today he suggested this amazing drink in the drive thru while he was verifying the drink mix we ordered . I ended up ordering one and it was tasty. It’s always nice when you are given supreme customer service at a fast food place in the drive thru and also assisted with great suggestions of selections on the menu. Dylan deserves a bonus , raise or promotion and should definitely train staff coming in on how to provide great friendly service . Thanks Dylan and thanks Freddy’s for hiring him
