Our waiter went above and beyond⦠at treating us as though we were not only invisible, but unwanted. While we were ignored (no bread, drinks, clean plates, side dishes or water refills), he doted on the four-top table next to us like they were royalty. I thought I was just imagining things until I saw him steer the meat servers away from our table three times! One was making a bee-line toward me when our waiter physically blocked him and redirected him away. I was mortified and humiliated. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

Our server was not good at all. The manager stepped in and did a wonderful job. I go here all the time and this is the first time the food was terrible. Tasted bland and no seasoning . I hope ita better next time

Service was great. Several staff members came around to check on our table periodically.I hadn't been in a few years and I remember the meat being sooo good. This time around the meat was just blah. I was a little disappointed considering I paid $60. However, the buffet selections and drinks made up for the meat.
It was a banner night at Fogo de Chao in Houston off of Westheimer. Alicia Perez blew us away with 5-star service, a charming personality, and a positive, warm, willing spirit. The meat service and salad bar were second to none. My wife and I are long-time Dallas residents (that moved to Houston), and we usually frequent the Fogo de Chao in Frisco, TX (Headquarters). Fogo de Chao in Houston off of Westheimer beat their socks off in service tonight. Fogo de Chao in Frisco, TX (Headquarters). The wait staff was very attentive to our food needs, removing used plates and cups and replacing them with clean utensils. WE LOVED IT!
My experience was excellent! My family was very pleased as well. Will definitely visit again to celebrate another special occasion. It was a truly a Churrasco experience I will never forget. Highly recommended!
