Spotted this gem bakery store...randomly ordered the so called 'couch potato cookie' (the photo with half eaten)...don't know what it is...and also the chocolate pecan Tart which is packed with pecan...they both tastes really good...super cunchy and nutty...just enough portion and just enough sweetness...would definitely come back again to try others...I would gladly recommend this bakery if you like cookies :)

People think cakes and cookies but for me, the gelato and sorbet that I had here was as excellent as any I have had in Italy. Highly recommended. And yes, the pastries are some of the best that Houston has to offer. As someone who bakes you can trust me on this.
Super ? cute shop.. yum experience.. I personally bought the brownie that has mini mms baked inside ?, a shortcake valentines ? cookie ? for my 7yr old, and a fresh baked cinnamon roll....( literally an add on upsell) I mean homemade icing and cinnamon smother inside,,, ummmm YESSSSSS!!

Stay away from this bakery. The owner is a very rude woman who makes you feel like you are a nuisance when you walk through the doors. She is extremely unprofessional and never greets you or more importantly thanks you for your business. She actually not only looks mean but is mean. I have witnessed her going off on an employee in front of other customers. The baked goods are really not that impressive (way too much sugar so that all you taste in most of her desserts is pure sugar). I am telling everyone I know how rude this woman is and to stay away and find a bakery that actually wants your business.
Once you have Fluff Bake Bar your standards will be changed forever! I absolutely love the new location and it just feels like it's exactly where it should be. The desserts are impeccable and I don't think I've ever had anything that wasn't absolutely stellar. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. My hubby and I got the little cakes in a cup and it's the perfect size and flavor. The cookies are delicious, thick, chewy and perfect. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this place if you haven't already.
I seriously ordered one of almost everything they had out and some I saw in the back they hadn’t put it out yet because it all looked and smelled soooo good.They each exceeded my expectations 10/10 and I’ll be back every weekend for more, rain, hail, snow or shine!
I thought I had misread the situation or that I was being sensitive but I just left the bakery empty handed and uninterested. I felt like a pest just asking for a cake to be made for my S/O.I ended up getting what I wanted from Kroger, a cake with message written in frosting on top with little hearts (tacky but fun). I really wanted to work with a local shop on this but they were so rude and did not seem to want my business.
I love going here, every dessert I've gotten is amazing in both flavor and texture. They're also super friendly!
