A very cute restaurant, cozy café ambience. I enjoyed the earth bowl, but would’ve expected it to be more filling for the price. The coconut pudding dessert was great. I don’t know how they cooked the tofu so perfectly but despite minimal spices it was spectacular – just melt in the mouth.
I brought my mother in law to lunch here. Everything we ordered was healthy and delicious! We ordered the Salmon entree with red chili glaze sweet potatoes and lemon cauliflower risotto. We also ordered the chicken enchiladas with poblano creama, Tuscany chicken soup, and Avocado toast which was delicious! Everything was so good we decided to order the avocado Caesar salad and the vegetarian taco salad to go for our dinner! Yummmmy
Went on a beautiful spring day, loved the vibe & sunlight throughout. Ordered Mother Earth with chicken & The Rebel wrap. The first was a heavenly healthy combination of wholesome ingredients. The wrap was good but a bit too rich. I liked the heights vibe more than uptown. Will definitely return.
We have been looking for a place to go have a delicious healthy meal. We found it!Great place, great customer service, nice ambient, very cute and clean place.Easy to read menu and delicious options to choose from.Definitely recommending this place and we are definitely coming back soon :)
Absolutely delicious!!! your Broccoli and Asparagus are so delicious!!!
My first time here and it was amazing! The shrimp was perfectly marinated so it wasn’t bland, the gluten free Mac & cheese was delicious, and the roasted broccoli was also super good but just a bit too tough if your jaw is sensitive. My partner said the salmon was also amazing, overall fantastic food and will come again!
I went to this location 3x during my 4 weeks working in Houston, and I really love this place. Quick to make orders. Friendly workers. The kale salad is delicious - the lemon salad dressing really makes it. I wish we had this restaurant at home in Chicago :)
Oh my god! I haven't had this strong of a reaction to a restaurant in quite awhile. When you eat at Flower Child, you know on a visceral level that the food is good for you. The wholesomeness of the food. The textures. The flavor combinations. All add up to a truly inspired menu. I started with the Mother Earth bowl a couple of weeks ago. I've had it on numerous occasions since, ordering it with the various protein options (tofu, chicken, and shrimp). I'm surprised to admit that I prefer the tofu. Today I tried a dish that is not on the regular menu, Alex's Epic Baked Meatballs. Very satisfying! To sum things up, the food is healthy and tasty. The portions are reasonable. I promise you will love it. Just a warning about the Uptown location. It's a madhouse at lunch during the week. Perhaps the same is true for the Heights location, but I've only been there for dinner and they weren't super busy and parking was plentiful.
The Thai Dye wrap has great flavor. The atmosphere is lite and cheerful.
My favorite vegan/vegetarian restaurant! Love their Mother Bowl, it is by far my favorite. You can honestly not go wrong with any item. They also have wine and beer on tap! If you are looking for a cute, healthy restaurant for lunch or dinner, visit Flower Child! Both locations are awesome!
