NOT AUTHENTIC FILIPINO FOOD more like “Filipino inspired.”If you are looking for authentic Filipino food this is not the place to goThe only authentic tasting was the Lechon other than that no, the Chicken Pupu was too sweet it tastes like you’re eating the cereal honey bunches of oats, the chicken was drenched in honey, the Longganisa didn’t even look or taste authentic and the pork barbecue was too sweet, the chicken pupu and pork barbecue skewers are extremely sweet like drenched in sugar. The garlic rice doesn’t even taste good, it has a strong aroma like it’s burnt.Now to the service, the waiters are extremely inattentive and it takes them a while to get back to you, the girl with short hair is nice though.The flan is good but it had ube syrup which normal flan doesn’t have unless it’s an ube flan, the looks of the Halo Halo are deceiving, it looks delicious but it’s mostly just shaved ice with a few toppings, barely any evaporated milk or condensed milk, even after mixing it’s just pure ice with the toppings.To conclude, if you want real authentic Filipino food this is not the place to go, you will be disappointed, I’m warning you now.
This place has some great food! My husband always gets something different to try every time we go but I always get the chicken pupu. Don’t let the name fool you. It is amazing and has nothing to do with what you think. ?. Everything we tried is great and the staff is friendly. After we eat we always get a Halo Halo dessert to go. This is the only way to finish a good meal at this restaurant.
Ang sarap! I swear unicorns descended from heaven and blessed this establishment. Whatever they are doing in the kitchen is correct. I ordered the Lechon Kawali garlic rice plate—floored by everything I ate. So yummy ?
Food is always delicious from here! Burgers are so juicy and flavorful and the rice plates are delicious too! The garlic rice is always tender and flavorful. The salads and sandwiches are also good. Anything you try should not disappoint! If you haven’t tried them yet do!
