I’m not much of a breakfast person but I have to say I LOVED this place. I’ve been to the one on Katy Fwy and I honestly don’t remember much about the visit nor did I care to go again. This time was much different. Not only because of the food, but the service as well. Our server Dario was on point. He was attentive, made great suggestions on what to order and had an all around great personality. He made my daughters 17th birthday brunch a great one! We’ll definitely be back and asking for him! :)
For this being a chain, I'm quite impressed with the flavors and the presentation. I came in mother's day with family and although it was a long wait, we were taken care of so well by our waitress. My aunt is very selective about food because she's recovering from cancer and she likes coming here because of the healthier options. My cereal milk drink with rum and cold brew was a fascinating concoction, made to sweet perfection. My frittata was delish, but the only complaint I have is that the potatoes could have been a bit less salty. Other than that it is a great place to have a semi healthy breakfast. Loving the concept of a seasonal menu too. Will most likely be back to see the variety between seasons.
We ate here yesterday and enjoyed the breakfast very much. When I went to do this review I noticed that the map for this listing is wrong, this restaurant is over in the Champions Forest section on the NW side of Houston and not in Humble on the NE side. Someone pinned the address but did 1960 E instead of 1960 W. I suggested the correction to the TA monitors but I doubt they will fix it. So don't go by the map or you will be in the wrong area of town.
Really 3.5 stars... Staff was extremely friendly, above and beyond. The food was good, but surprisingly small portions. My biggest concern and the only reason for the missing star ? is the horribly tasting water. It even smelled badly. Please invest in a filtration system. I don't think I can go back until that's fixed.
Great breakfast!!.. The farmhouse skillet is my personal favorite but nice variety of dishes to choose from. The staff are all very good and friendly but props to Brooks for being an awesome waiter.
I met with my friend in person for the first time. We were served by Syiah . She is amazing. Her people’s skill is on point. My friend @Kerline came to First Watch for the first and she could not stop talk about how how amazing her experience was. All thanks to our amazing Server Syiah. Thanks girl
I was sitting about 15 minutes after I ordered before I even received my Coke. My food (Florida french toast & Million dollar bacon) was excellent though. Staff was also very helpful as I started having a period of getting dizzy/blacking out, and they were able to help me get outside.
I absolutely love dining here ! I agree with the recent reviews about the service being sloth-like slow, but the servers are always extremely pleasant and inviting. I am so happy that this place is right down the street from where I live! The food is amazing; healthy and fresh each time I visit. The ambiance has a country western vibe with a touch of modern which I love. And the prices are very fair. I enjoy coming here for a nice little treat when I am feeling down from time to time. It for sure lifts my spirits ! I would recommend 100% I ALWAYS come back.
Food was tasty, and at a great price. There wasn’t a long wait for a table, but the waitress was taking care of a lot at the time of our visit. We waited a while for the food to arrive and then even longer for drinks to be refilled. My husband only had one drink serving the entire time we were there, even though he asked for a refill shortly after his food got to him. I think with just a couple more people on the staff, the experience would have been a whole lot better.
Incredibly slow. There are so many tables available inside and outside just waiting to be cleaned and tons of people waiting to be seated. No one cleans the tables. After finally being sat down it takes forever for anyone to come take your order and for the food to eventually come out. Food all tasted good except biscuits and gravy had cooled down a bit, I’m guessing because it sat ready for a while. Despite the food being good wouldn’t recommend since there was absolutely no service. I had to stand up to eventually ask for the check and a to go cup for my drink because waiter never came to check.
