It started with a Door Dasher refusing to deliver my order. We called to see what had happened. The Manager thought that we canceled our order. We said no and asked if they could hold our drinks (yes the drinks are that GOOD)! They did and made sure that the drinks were fresh and to our liking! Staff was beyond understanding and friendly! The Manager apologized even though it wasn't thier fault for Door Dash. We so have a new place to enjoy a wonderful Atmosphere!
I've been here yesterday, and ordered Creme Brulee Boba Tea, and Kiwi Basil Boba tea. They were both delicious! The cream brulee Boba tea tasted exactly like Creme brulee which is really good! Also the Kiwi Basil Boba tea was refreshing, and delicious, according to my dad. Also I ordered another today, Thai tea, has a lot of flavor than other shops because the other Thai teas from other shops were kinda bland. Also the aesthetics is like chill and nice. I'll come back sooner or later!
My first time visiting this store. It was a delight. Very laid back chill atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and helped me pick a drink and let me just say the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba is amazing!!!! Yummy! Will definitely be back as it is totally worth the tolls and 45 min trip. If you are anywhere near Bellaire and even if you aren't.....stop here for a few moments and grab a comfy chair and a tasty beverage .
I’m more like a coffee person, so I’ve never really drink milk tea before; but after I visited FengCha, this has changed my mind. The people who works there are so friendly, they are very patient when answering my questions, and there’s a barista who had a mullet looks so cute (*≧ω≦). Their Jasmine Green milk tea was absolutely amazing, the tea and milk mixed together made a very luscious flavor. Their Green Tea Matcha Crepe Cake was so yummy! The texture of the cake layers melting in my mouth, just like a cake version of marshmallow. It was a pleasure to be one of the customer in FengCha, and I can’t wait to visit there again!
10/10 will definitely be back - top tier boba placeAmazing staff as the guy and girl working there were incredibly kind and helpful. Had the matcha breeze with matcha foam top & lychee oolong. Great matcha flavor, consistency (not too icey), and although I usually don't care for the foam top it was stellar. So good in fact that I am rethinking my opinion on the foam. Lychee flavor was excellent as well- that classic lychee tea flavor that stands apart from the trends. Boba feels a bit larger than most places and was nice and chewy. Definitely worth a try~
This milk tea shop is very delicious, I am very surprised, dirty boba is very delicious, I don't like sweet things, but the sweetness of Dirty boba makes me feel very good, and overflowing grapefruit and jasmine apple green tea with Decaf is very tasty and my favorite. Their staff is also very friendly, this is the only milk tea shop I like！！！
For my wife and me, Feng Cha Houston is the best teahouse experience, based on quality, customer service, price, and the ambience. We have had multiple visits to both locations (Chinatown and Sugar Land), and we are consistently pleased with the friendly and family-oriented culture. In addition, after reading the other reviews about the owner's responsiveness and treatment of the employees, I am further convinced that she is not only very customer-centric, but also she is very employee-centered. Although I love Bubble Tea, I can’t really do more than 5 sips max. However I got the Crème Brûlée dirty Boba and it was fantastic so I finished the entire thing! Also love how clean and bright the store is. Highly recommend!
Got a grapefruit tea here, not bad at all. Add on the aloe Vera for me. Taste a lot of better with that.
