This review about an employee!I did order half lamb rack on rice by calling and texting Lamia 4 times, and when I went to get my order she just said I forget (What an careless employee), but to be honest the management were very helpful by covering her mistake and prepared another big tray for me with lamb shanks and beef chunks, while I did not get what I've ordered but that's covered my issue. Management needs to take action for such employees or even family members as this is restaurant reputation and customer satisfaction. I was not happy at all.
Beyond amazing experience!!! The service was phenomenal. We went here with a large party and they were more than accommodating. From the moment we walked in the staff was very courteous. The food is always so fresh and delicious. Also, you must try their chicken plate and chocolate cake. It was a favorite among our party. The manager came out and even sang happy birthday with us. Offered us a complimentary tea and chatted with us. If you are looking for a place to eat… come to Fadi’s on Westheimer and Dairy Ashford!

Such a great experience! Love the food and everything there. The place is very organized and clean. I love how they use silverwares packed in plastic bags for safety. I'm sure I will be back there with my friends and family ?

First time in this location after COVID, I am happy that the food is still great! Cafeteria style service so one can see the food before ordering. They make their own pita bread fresh from the oven. Overall a great choice specially for lunch. Oh huge portions.
Part of the order missing, when i rang them no offer of resending the missing items. All they could do was say next time I rang I could get money of my next order. They could not have been dismissive. I hear Dimassi's is very good ..
My mother and I had lunch here, for the first time, today. We talked to one of the friendly servers, and he guided us through the line. We appreciated being able to taste samples of the yogurt and hummus before making a choice! The gentlemen and ladies serving were happy to answer our numerous questions, and we ended up choosing different entrees so that we could share. The salmon with lemon sauce was absolutely delicious, and the chicken dish (I did not catch the name, but it reminded me of a curry) was also top-notch. We tried a variety of sides--Greek salad, spicy fried potatoes and a mashed potato ball~~everything was so tasty and so FRESH. Unable to finish everything, we left with a to-go box. ;) We will enjoy returning another day!
