This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Houston. It’s very cozy, like you’re in someone’s living room. It’s also pretty quiet, even when it’s busy, and I love that they don’t crank the AC like most places. The patio is very cozy and comfortable, and they are dog-friendly. They even have a jar or dog treats. Yummy coffee and many glutenfree and vegan options on the menu!
It's always a great experience going to EQ Heights. It's a safe area to leave your bike on deck and go inside (I speak from experience). Their pastries are yummy and they always have some great selections. Their drinks are good but I want to try more. Inside, it's a lovely nook of books, mismatched seating and comfort. In the daytime it's busy but everyone is kind and easy going. Definitely a wifi spot for those mid day coffee breaks.
One of my fav spots in the Heights. Love the gorgeous porch (yes, even in summer!), the interior is quirky and comfortable and the food/drinks are consistently good. And I love the staff! Got some great people here that I enjoy chatting with. And I always enjoy spending a few hours on the porch enjoying a drink and a good book. If you want a good spot to unwind, this is it!

The guy delivered my drink while I was in the bathroom, but stayed at my table until he could personally hand it off to me. I was by myself so that extra layer of thoughtfulness toward my safety was really appreciated.This place always takes care of me, are kind/ friendly and do great coffee.

Very chill spot to drink coffee at. They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, desserts, and food. Nice outdoor and indoor seating. Pet friendly. Good place to take your kiddos as well.
I go to EQ every Thursday with some friends before a weekly engagement we have down the street. I really love the coffee and pastry options. The patio is super cozy, and it is always so nice sitting out there in a beautiful day. Ben and Josh work every Thursday and are always very quick, helpful and friendly.
Good coffee, good dirty chai, nice comfortable setting, plenty of seats. WiFi was down when I was there but hopefully a rare occurrence. Some parking but may need to park on street if busy
There's something charming about this place. The coffee isn't anything to write home about, but it's welcoming and there is likely always space.It's sort of like being at your grandma's house. It's nice to go there, but you don't want to make this coffee shop your home.
