Impersonal and bland food. Each table has an iPad between each person facing you and a charging and credit card swipes hump between you and the person next to you. So, at a table for 4 it felt like individual tables for 4 different people. You are told to take any table and then expected to order via iPad and swipe your credit card. No one comes to your table to ask if you need help or to offer water (which is not offered on the digital menu). You complete your online order ends their is no confirmation that it was completed. So, you sit there wondering and I had to check my online credit card app to see that the charge went through. The food did come quickly but then the wait staff disappeared. No checking back to ask how the food was. Again, the food was horribly bland even though it looked good. Would NEVER go back and pay $100 for 3 people to eat lunch.
Food was over cooked. Drink was not what I ordered. Couldn’t get anyone to help after food was delivered. Avoid and just go to Wendy’s around the corner.
The food is expensive and just plain bad. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a burger but they did it! I paid extra for an impossible Tex Mex burger; Received the normal impossible burger. No guac. No Tex mex toppings. When I asked for the guac I paid an extra $5 for, i got mashed plain mashed avocado. Terrible service, terrible food. Would never spend my money here again. Seriously, Burger King is tastier.
Horrible food and service. Better off going to fast food. Fish and chips worst ever. Greasy and tasteless with obviously old fish that was frozen years ago. No malt vinegar to help. Short rib fettuccini was horrible. Fettuccine under cooked, rib meat was tasteless, vegetables in dish were over cooked. Wait staff did not deserve even a 5% tip. No “hello,” no “enjoy your dinner,” not even a smile or any kind of human gratitude at all.
Need to sit, and confortable wait? This is the place. Nice Buegers
This review is written solely for Barbara the bartender. I came in flustered as all get out from a full day's travel and had a very bad experience. Even with my mask on, Barbara was able to see that I was struggling in it was really having a bad day. Simply with her personality in her attitude, her belief in God, in just downright being an amazing human has brought me to tears to change my day. Everything happens for a reason, Barbara brought light to me and I will now pray for her every single day. Please visit the bar, just to meet such a great human!! Thank you Barbara, you moved me to my core.
Food was a 2 but the fact that they double charged me, didn’t refund me, and only served us half of our order I had to knock another star off. Just avoid.
Staff was attentive and steak was cooked correctly. Found the seasoning to be wanting. Chimichurri good but not great. This meal was over $40 which is an inexplicably large markup over other airport restraurants.
$130 later and the food was awful.... Don’t eat here but the drinks were good. Stop and have a beverage before your flight but don’t waste the $20 a meal for gross food.
TERRIBLE. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. A SCAM!!!!!! Two times now. Ordered food between flights. NOT DELIVERED after an hour wait. Asked manager and said they would credit back. Never happened and had to dispute charges. Terrible terrible service. They don’t care. So many frustrated customers around me. Houston and United should be ashamed of this scam restaurant set up. I wonder how many other customers they have scammed
