Love the cute little murals on the wall. The pupusas are really good. They don't make the slaw too spicy for me which is perfect. Come here all the time it's my goto pupusa place.
Two stars because the food is good. Beyond the food they are one of the worst restaurants I've ever dealt with. I have called in multiple orders in advance and I always have to wait 20 to 30 minutes on top of the initial time frame. I have gone back despite the terrible service because I like the food. Today I called an hour in advance and asked them to have it ready at a specific time. They confirm that it would be ready at x time and sure enough, I still had to wait.I have officially given up on this place.
If you dinning -in have patience is a place where they take time to prepare your meal. I usually order in advance my meal if I'm dinning-in or take out .
The mariscada is delicious, and they also have the very hard to find ensalada de Fruita drink. This is a fantastic Salvadoran restaurant.
Food is always good! Service depends on who your waitress is, isn't always great. Calling to place an order is usually very difficult, and food can take up to an hr for a pick up. Still my favorite pupusa restaurant in Houston, and will keep coming, as we have for years and years. Highly recommended.
Worst place ever do not recommend! Our food took over 1 hour to be serve and it wasn’t even good and the place was very dirty and the waitress are rude.
I met with some old friends there and we stayed for about 4 hours. Visiting from San Francisco, CAFood was great and friendly staff
The food is okay, however, be careful when paying. Our ticket was $55 and we were charged $84. When we asked for an itemized bill we were told that it was too late because the computer “erased” it. Only after insisting that they redo the whole ticket did we get a partial refund. We will never go back!
Service was horrible took over 30 minutes for our food to get served i would understand if they were busy but it wasn't ?♂️?♂️ and when my girlfriend ask for coffee the server gave her a ugly face like really lady smh me personally not going back there nomore....
