The place looks a little dingy, but it's clean. The prices were reasonable. The food was delicious. A little slower than I'm used to for a Mexican restaurant, but worth the wait. Music volume was at a very reasonable level too, which is appreciated.
I love El gallos. I’ve been going there since I was a baby!!! They get the food out super quick and are very nice! I love their food.
The food was average for a lunch menu.The Michelada was bland. The mango frozen margarita was much better.

The food was good. They are very affordable and they have huge portions. Very fast service. The only reasons why I marked 4 and not 5 was because it took our server 20 minutes to get us boxes and the check.
Best Tex Mex joint in town. Best red salsa I’ve ever had. Best cheese enchiladas I’ve ever had. The lunch specials are delicious, plentiful, and cheap. If you have not tried it yet, you’re missing out!
We have been coming to El Gallo for years. We actually love coming here but I recently had oral surgery and cannot eat many things right now so I asked if they had any eggs back there. The answer was yes so I then asked if they could just make me 2 scrambled eggs with cheese. Absolute refusal. I may not be much to them but I will NOT be back. This was not a difficult request at all.
Been a big fan for 35 years . Best enchiladas on the planet . Wish they were open Sunday but God rested and their food and service is heavenly! Thank you Jesus for El Gallo !

Been eating here since 1995. Always reliable and really good. People could put 1 star ratings on here and this is one place that wouldn’t skip a beat. They beat all the others around!
