The customer service is exceptional here. I ordered a plain white whipped, vanilla round cake with strawberry filling for a very high price. Once we cut the cake it turned out to be strawberry with strawberry filling. The cake was also so dry. I did not expect this from El Bolillo.
I order a cake when I went to pick it up they came out with this cake smh the stickers all folded and coming off. I called the manager that made me feel like I was crazy that nothing was wrong with it this is unacceptable I will never go back 65 dollars wasted. Maybe they need to hide people that actually know what their doing.
We always had a delicious experience eating their cakes but it seems like they are not that good anymore my sister order a 3 leches cake with extra 3 leches so that I would be super moist for my birthday but it was super dry, it was cute but not good

If you have not tried the bread from El Bolillo than hop on your car now. They have a variety of authentic Mexican bread with the option of getting them hot off their cart. They also sell good tamales and cakes.
OMG they have delicious tamales about 6 different kind. The employees are super nice. The bakery goods are YUM ?????
I ordered an 8” round birthday cake for my sister and she absolutely loved it. It was perfect! So pretty and tasted delicious. It’ serves way more than we had to eat it, but worth it.
