Why this guy has not wearing on cover hair. An he has some like bracelet from ear to his mounth. This is not healthy habit.They put 3$ 2$ 1$ tip. I didn’t tip with him and another girl they were looking me and laughing me. I hope they didn’t put something on my bagel. But I feel yeck.I don’t know.
Bad service, waited 25 minutes in theDrive-through, ordered iced coffee. Instead of iced they gave me hot, after i mentioned that I ordered iced, she went ahead and just put some ice in the hot coffee, the iced was dissolved in hot coffee in few seconds and the drink become Warm and watery. And I don’t see any almond milk added to the coffee as it’s been asked.
I waited in the drive-through for 30+ minutes because the headset was broken and they could not take the orders the way they’re supposed to. Each order had to be taken at the window which added time to everyone’s wait behind me as well. I saw multiple people drive away behind me. When I finally got to the window for my turn I also drove away. Maybe it tasted good I don’t know, and never will now now because I will never come here again ?
The staff was super friendly! Will definitely be coming back and getting my Mother’s Day brunch box!!I got a bakers dozen box, and the bagels were super fresh and soft much appreciated.
Came at 6:15 (they open at 6) both employees were on the patio in the front and one was clearly smoking. All lights were off. There was no one to take my order for over 5 minutes and then the wait was even longer, Delayed my morning.
Not good at all. The Cinnamon Sugar bagel had almost not Cinnamon or sugar on it. It was pretty much a plain bagel.
I love their bagel sandwiches!!! The Farmhouse and the Brisket breakfast sandwiches are amazing. The employees are always friendly.This is our go-to stop for breakfast sandwiches.The line can become very long, so pack your patience... or order online if you are in a hurry.
My mom went in this morning to get a few bagels for us. She thought to get the plain ones because she thought I would like them more. The employee was so rude and told her that she was buying the plain ones because she was cheap. Please have your employees work on their customer service. I work in the service industry and I would never say anything like that to anyone.
For a Texas Bagel it’s not bad.
It only gets 2 stars because I love Einstein bagels. However, I have never seen such a filthy, run down Einstein in my life. The employees are lazy and rude as well. I’m so disappointed. Might have to find a new bagel shop in the near future. Not up to Typical Einstein standards at all.
