Place is very dirty at 9 in the morning. Ordered Garden breakfast bagel sandwich. Sign says served in everything thin bagel with egg whites. $5.99. Charged $6.19. When asked about price difference was told I guess prices went up. Sandwich not on thin bagel, nor was it egg whites. Not toasted either. Very little veggies on it. Over all would not go back.
Twice I’ve had missing items from my order and could never get someone on the phone for a replacement or reimbursement. Today I waited 25 min for my online order, went in twice looking for it. I finally interrupted a lady on her phone, leaning against the counter, and there my order was sitting right next to her - not in the online order pickup area.
So many quality ingredient options and delicious every time! Vanilla latte was perfectly hot with just the right amount of sweetness. Loved!!
I normally come to this location because it's the only one around me. Came here today right around 15 minutes before closing. The attitude I got from the employees you will think I came into their house begging for food! Ordered the gourmet French toast bagel on the avocado egg whites sandwich! They screwed it up, am in my car starving, looking to eat only to find out the sandwich was in a regular non gourmet bagel and the bagel is still cold! Now I have to see where to go get bfast thus late! Horrible customer service...some tall Caucasian dude and browbskinned Black dude!
Went to get a bagel in the morning, ask for a bagel thin because I’m not trying to consume 1000 calories for breakfast and when I get the bagel it is a full sized bagel. I go back in because I’m not in the mood to eat so many calories and when I say it’s not a thin, they say we don’t make bagel thins, but proceed to make a bagel thin and give it to me. Like just give me my order to begin with and there would be no problems. Don’t advertise something that you can’t sell, because I literally wouldn’t eat here if they didn’t have it.

Love this location! The sweetest people work there. A young man (employee) saw my shoe was u tied and offered to tie it for me- being 9 months pregnant I was happy to accept his offer! Great bagels and great service!
Had a horrible experience with the app. Stacey (hope I’m spelling it right! :)) helped us out when we went inside, completely turned our experience and day around! Excellent service!!! Management is great!
I was enjoying my food so much I forgot to take a before picture ! Everything was so good and the customer service here was so welcoming ! ? loved the girl who took my order she was so nice and attentive. The coffee shakes are delicious they are basically a Starbucks frappe ?yummy bagels and you must get the Greek yogurt cherry pie the balance of all the flavors is perfectly delicious
Staff is nice and friendly but this is the second time this month I get a burned bagel. The taste is bad bc of the burned flavor. Check your toasters, it wasn't that busy to not notice how it was being served.
