Don’t waste your time coming here! I waited 25 minutes for just one everything bagel with cream cheese! I ended up leaving without getting my order because i had a class.
Expect them to rush your order and not be nice to you.

seems like they hire random people off the side of the road, you know the ones pandhandling and whatnot… why not invest in your students ??? Like literally any one of these nice young students would be way better at taking orders than these trash bags yikes
I really wish I could give more stars but gave 3 because they were quick, polite and my drink was great. However, the breakfast sandwich was not.

I usually stop here between classes. Workers are very quick and cordial.
Ordered a chocolate chip cookie from here through the starship app and while there was a delay the delivery was super smooth the food quality was also really good. If you are visiting the campus or are a freshman I would recommend this place.
The ladies that work here are so rude like we pay so much money to go to a nice school and these ladies want to be rude and give us a hard time. Hire people who are polite! this is not a McDonalds!
I’m not sure if I have the right entity but we did stop at Einstein bagels in the bay area. The bagels were delicious the coffee was yummy but the iconic little restaurant itself is pretty dirty and sloppy.
