Worst customer service ever! She argued with me, told me I was disrespectful when she didn’t even try to understand my order. I told her she needed to Google “customer service” and she said I should Google “understaffed.” Since when do fast food people get to smart off to customers and then slam the window shut? I was the only customer so I don’t think that she had a good excuse for being rude.
Went through the drive through..made my order.. got to the window to be told they don't take 100 or 50 dollar bills. Which I can understand about not taking a 100 bill bc that is a big bill to break but not a 50 which is two 20s and a 10. I only had 50s on me. I was so disappointed that I wasn't able to get my order of avocado toast with bacon and glazed donuts all bc they wouldn't take a 50 dollar bill. Make no sense. Just so disappointing.
First i order at 11.57am got my food at 12.15pm even do i was in the lobby, so i got the food and still had to wait over 7 mint for my hot drink.. i need sugar there was not sugar outside..i asked for the sugar and i need a lot of the them....one if them toll me no she wont give all of the pak sugar i wanted ! ??? everyone is difrent i like lots if sugar !!!. Any way by she was preparing my hit drink there is no use of mask and she is talking wild make in the food ****! One of the other workers are taking the food from the over with out gloves and packing it **** the egg is not well cooked! So over all i think they should have an undercover inspection to this premises as soon as posible !000000 start !!!! Uhh dnt even talk abt the discrimination bcuz i dnt not speak ENGLISH!!!!
I ordered the plain avocado toast and got the everything bagel topping. It was good, but I always add lemon and cracked sea salt...yum. I do not get their donuts because the ONLY place to get donuts is Shipleys on Ella blvd.
This location is so incredibly slow that it can be unbelievable at times, the staff is rude and they act like they are doing you a favor by helping you.. they greet the customers like they hate life.. if there were any other options of a location I wouldn't choose this one
Worse Dunkin’ in the world. Absolutely horrible experience every time we come here . Smh never again good luck everyone. Yailine the cashier at the window was rude & we had to tell her our order literally like 10 times one at the window.
Horrible service. According to the girl they didn’t have any of the ingredients to make the smoothies, I also ask for a vanilla frosting donut and of course out of that also, they only had chocolate flavor, got it anyways and it tasted horrible and so was the ice coffee.
Ordered a chai latte, and a brown sugar oatmilk latte in addition to an order of six donuts on Doordash. Our drinks were basically just hot milk instead of a latte, and there were missing jelly donuts from our order. There was no communication. :(
Love the dairy free options and cheaper than Starbucks obviously but the company itself is not the issue the employees are the problem. I love dunkin donuts but this place has such a bad turn around on employees. This use to be my favorite location but once different employees were hired it has gone down hill with its services. Multiple wrong orders and rude staff had made it a nightmare to come to dunkin donuts. Wish this location knew had to keep its good employees because everytime there is a good worker, in 2 weeks there gone and a bad employee replaces them. Starbucks is more expensive but i never had to deal with a rude employee before so I'll be taking my business to them from now on, done trying to give dunkin donuts a chance.
Decent service but not health conscious, patrons and most of the store team members did not wear mask. A crazy move in the wake of this pandemic. Very disturbing especially amongst the employees
