First time here, the service was fast, the gentleman at the window was super polite and the iced caramel macchiato was on point. I'll be coming back for the duration of my trip.
For the past 5 years I have been customer in this location. I have tried others but this one almost 98% of the time they do a great caramel latte large hot less foam and extra caramel as the ice one. It is my favorite location to grab a cup of coffee because I know I am going to drink what I want and need in that moment, no bad coffee. And now the food menu is good. I love the omellets bites and the avocado toast (very good, was my first time trying it and I had my doubts.... But after tried ufff excellent) I recommended too. The presentation very cute and easy to eat at home or in the car. I will be back for more. The staff is respectful and friendly.
Little upset that the lobby was not open. I don't quite understand that. tThe drive thru line was quite long so it was a little annoying.Good donuts though.

Have some respect for yourself and your customers and fix the potholes. Pay a professional and do it. I won’t return to this location because it’s a freaking joke having to navigate the driveway it can be fixed overnight and it’s not expensive at allAlso I showed up at opening and asked specific fora fresh doughnut the guy confirms they are fresh and gives me a cold one from the previous day. Joke.
Fast and speedy delivery with Uber, I’m not too sure how Uber does it but you get all of what you ordered every time.Dragonfruit drink was too sweet according to my coworker.Matcha was a first time trying drink and I didn’t like it much.Hash browns were good hot but they get cold fast!Donut holes are good cause they have wider selection than Shipeys.Stuffed everything bagel was a bit too much seasoning.Coffee was just black how he likes it.Will deliver again for the donuts and coffee.
Drove 30 mins to come to this location and they’re closed early, every time I drive here there’s something. Too bad Dunkin’s are spread far across Houston
I have been coming to this location for years, great customer service and they sure know how to make my coffee. Having the app sure helps due to all their great deals. We have order : Hazelnut ice and hot coffee, Matcha latte, even just with sugar, half and half taste great, caramel latte, Mocha latte. Bagels : Plain, sesame seed, poppy seed, cinnamon raisin all with cream cheese very good. The only donut I eat is Boston cream, not a fan of any donut, any place. The new grilled cheese with turkey sandwich and bacon, cheese croissant sandwich, my daughter loves then both.
My food was decent. But my iced coffee had a slimy after taste. Maybe the people at dunkin spit in it for whatever reasons. I ordered on door dash. I didn’t tip so maybe the driver spit in it as a retaliation. Because they sealed my food but not my drink. Smh
They have some fire frappes we love them an not to mention their breakfast it was so good we are definitely coming back hopefully this helps out if yall looking for a good breakfast place
