If I would .. j would give a 0 stars im so mad and at the moment not feeling good.. I simply asked for a decaf iced coffe no sugar no cream and they add everything .. then remade it .. cus I can’t have dairy … and the second one was caffeinated and I was not feeling good heart raising thank god I didn’t drank it … never again would I waist my money on here … smh
This place is terrible but their employees are pretty fast. Although the donuts are stale sometimes the iced coffee is busting. periodt.
They sure like to give their personal opinion yet cannot even serve a regular coffee.....had to go into to the store after drive thru to get a regular coffee correct. TF... Messed it up 3times before they listened. Highly unrecommended.
This store is the BEST!!! I Went through drive thru and was welcomed at window like a BEST FRIEND!!!! Both Freds are flipping AWESOME and work together so complementary. The Fred working at window went above and beyond!! This experience makes me want to be just like that. This store had great window times and customer connections!! Its everything you'd want in a customer experience and more!!! This team deserves a raise ?
The experience was outstanding and the service was impeccable. The food was fresh as the workers were knowledgeable and astute in speed. The restrooms and lobby were clean which today is a very good thing with Corona virus so prevelant. Tammy the manager was very properly informed on products.
First let me start by saying I LOVE the jelly doughnuts but recently you have changed the sugar and it is WAY TO SWEET and ruins the doughnut. I ordered doughnut holes this am and usually 25 almost fill the box but today the holes were so small about nickel size. I came from Florida and loved the store and always have but after today I will never order again. Extremely disappointed
Love there donuts and their new Charlie drink my grandkids absolutely LOVE. I prefer there coffee. Great service nice experience!
We live coffee and donuts in the morning y'all. So wonderful to have place to eat at. The hot chocolate is the best
Alright customer service. If you want decaf, always double check. Whenever I order, I always say that I would like decaf, and never say the word "coffee", so my request doesn't get missed. Well they messed it up once and the next time I ordered decaf I double checked and they did it wrong and they tried to tell me I ordered it wrong. Noooope. But I'll keep going because I like Dunkin coffee. It's not like a different Dunkin will give you better service. It's always a roll of the dice.
