Ok... So yes there is always so e waiting to be done... They so times have these insane called in orders they have to prep, along with the dozen of customers that have walked in in Front of you. The cashier is NOT rude, he's just trying to get everyone tended to. The food is amazing, it is CASH ONLY which does kinda suck, but oh well... Am going back this morning, with my kid,because we love their "premade" coffee, and their delicious sandwich!
The sandwiches are good but they keep lowering down the offers and raising the prices eventually someone will start selling them for cheaper. Used to be buy 5 get 1 free at 3.50 then they raised it to 3.75 then 4.25 and since the new year started at 5 !! Ridiculous!!
Bad.banh.mi. Shell is hard but not crunchy.Don/the owner, standing at cashier to collect cash, always overcharged on each orders. He is rude and impolite.The price board listed $4.25 for 1 banh mi but he always asked $5.00 CASH.Do not come to this place because the quality is bad, terrible service, the “sui mai” is dirty made with part of cockroach.Understanding the way business collects all cash to run away from income tax but there’s many other place still provide better banh mi with credit card acceptance (min $10).I would NOT support businesses who try to run away from income tax and are overcharged for more cash. IT’s the manner of GREEDINESS and unethical.
If this is your first time, here are some things you must know:- CASH ONLY, they will not take card.- Check the menu in the photos and order on the phone, never walk-in or you will be forced to wait an eternity.- The food here is amazing and comes at a fair price.- Their most popular item is the Pork BBQ sandwich and personally the only sandwich I get.- I took off a star for very weak customer service and long walk-in wait times but otherwise, this is one of my favorites and you won't regret it.

I found this place by doing a quick search for Bahn Mi near me. I absolutely love their sandwiches. I also had a rice dish with grilled chicken and a fried egg (it was really good also). A great place to visit for a quick lunch at a great price. I'm definitely going to be going there regularly.

I am not sure how many stars... for taste, it is a definite 5 stars. For service it deserves none NO star!! This place has the best combination Vietnamese sandwiches, the best tasting!! I have been here a total of 3 visits, the first was a walk in which i ordered 4 sandwiches togo and it was not a bad wait. The sandwiches was awesome so the reason the second visit... which was an order pickup and had to wait 30 mins. I was pretty upset. After a month the disappointment faded so there was the third order pickup. This time i waited 45 mins. By this time i have been back to the cashier several times to ck on the order and although I had to prepaid when i got there, I was tempted to ask for my money back and just walk out. The cashier only nodded his head at me and nothing more. I will never be back at this place again. This is really too bad!! I really like the food but is it really worth my time? Not for me!
Best banh mi in the US. I always want to try banh mi everywhere I go and this place is the best in the US so far.
If you want to enjoy authentic vietnamese cold cut bread aka bánh mì, you find the right place. However make sure to always check your order. I ordered special cold cut (pate included) but they gave me cold cut only yet charged me with the price of the special. They always have bad attitude toward complaints. They will blame you for your fault!!! Order over phone or online to pick up. Don't walk in
