Food is worthy of 5 stars and our waiter was great. However, before we got to that point the seating situation was irritating. We request a table inside (in a current heatwave) they sat us at a table we waited for at least 10 mins for service before some staff member came and told us we would have to sit outside because the table they sat us at was only meant for 2 guest (even though it was a table set up for 6 and there was only 5 of us) said the table blocked the restroom. So I’m wondering why they sat us there and even had a table that large set up anyway that “blocked” the restroom. Other than the layout and logistics of the restaurant the food was really good. I would just maybe recommend one of the other locations
Food was good. I enjoyed the hamburger and my husband and cousin were pleased with their dish. However, the service was horrendous. We had to call the waitress for everything from refills to napkins, and little things like ketchup and miscellaneous. Waited for the bill while she cleaned flatware and finally had to tap the window to get her attention (got tired of walking in to ask for this or that). Not one time did she check on our table on her own will. We happened to be seating by a glass window that oversaw the inside of the restaurant as we were on the patio. So tapping on the glass to get her attention as she held a conversation with another employee helped us not having to get up so often. We were the only table in the patio and indoors had one other table, so no reason for the poor service. Left her a tip because she seem to really need it not because she earned it. We probably will not be going back.
Although there were only 2 people working and a full house, the service was awesome and the food delicious!!!!

Whew! After not eating all day, I was dying for some fulfilling delicious food! Well, you’re probably wondering whether the wait was worth it?!? Yes!! I had the Blackened Mahi-mahi picatta and when I say that the flavors all meshed oh so well, I mean it! I have never cleaned a plate like that in one setting! The portion was appropriate and the mushrooms set it off. Some of the spinach was cooked and some wasn’t. The soggy/crunchy mixture gave my tastebuds a run for their money! I couldn’t have picked a better place to eat! Great money spent and great customer service!
We had such a wonderful time! Bunch is amazing! We started with mamosa‘s and crawfish hush puppies. They are sprinkled in powdered sugar and served with a spicy honey. It looked lovely and tasted sooo good. I was surprised! Everything was delicious!!! It was a wonderful Sunday afternoon. We will be back.
We were in Houston for only a couple days. This spot was so good, we ate here every night. It is definitely a hidden gem and we will be going back the next time we're in town. Added bonus was that parking was a breeze.I would've posted a burger pic, but it was so good it didn't last long on my plate.

What a great old-school diner! We went here for brunch and the good was excellent. The menu is substantial and they have plenty of boozy brunch choices as well. The service was fast and friendly and they even played a great mix of music. This is a cool little place ?
1st time here,...Walked in asked if I could sit anywhere. After that,, service was slow, waited 15mins before someone realized I was outside waiting. Servers have to learn to communicate and see the service area. Greet your customers whether it's your table.or not. Overall, the brunch wasn't bad at all. I may have to try the lunch/ dinner menu next time, but I'll sit inside to be served quicker. ?
