Bugs. In. My. Napkin.I ate here, and as I was finishing (like literally 3 bites of pancake and half slice of toast remained) I noticed movement on my napkin the silverware came on. There were 3 small bugs (think size of headlice -tiny). I smashed one, and the others scattered. I couldn't eat more. Too nauseous. My server didn't understand me (she primarily spoke Spanish) so I asked for a manager. The Manager said it wasn't a bug. EXCUSE ME?!?!?! I showed him, and he said that was something else. Not a bug. Like what else is small grey and has legs?!?! And why are you saying I'm a liar? He then proceeded to mansplain how I'm not lying I'm just mistaken. 50% off is not enough to compensate me for this disgusting mess.

El día de hoy visitamos este lugar para compartir en familia desde el principio en que nos atendieron la mesa hubo un poco de demora pero estuvo bien ? a la hora del pago nos pasó algo demasiado incomodo pedimos que nos dieran la cuenta por separado las dos meseras que nos atendieron demoraron un poco en darnos la cuenta así que nos levantamos de la mesa y esperamos ,ellas llegaron a la caja y una mesera llamada Jenny barrera les quito la factura y nos pregunto de manera grosera van cuentas separadas y la propina también separada? así que no lo vimos mal y entre todos reunimos 20 dolares de propina, la mesera jenny barrera contó la propina la cual no era para ella y respondió eso no nos sirve tiene que ser 40 dolares por que según ella la empresa no le paga sueldo y que ella trabajaba por la propina de una manera grosera e irrespetuosa nos dijo que todos los días hibamos y que siempre dejábamos muy poca propina cuando es mentira directamente le dije siempre vengo y te dejo propina y me miro de manera discriminatoria y dijo tus 15 dólares no me sirven , el administrador llamado Nestor Naranja en ves de controlar el trato de su empleada nos dijo que no nos volvían a atender y que no esperáramos un buen servicio por que siempre íbamos y dejamos lo que quisiéramos de propina por que la propina era de 20 a 30 % de la factura lo cual nos llena de decepción pues nos fascinaba ir a este restaurante cuando venimos a visitar houston TX esperamos que nuestra pronta visita sea agradable y respetuosa con un personal más respetuoso y adecuado y que puedan tomar medidas con sus empleados capacitadores y enseñando a atender al consumidor .

It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review, the food was great and service was great also. Everything seemed good great for me until I started eating and in thr corner of my eye i saw something moving and I looked next to me at the wall and there was 2-3 cockroaches which made me lose my appetite and immediately left because I couldn't eat as I was extremely disgusted

Came in at 5:30am for breakfast and there are at least 5 people working here but no one doing anything. I stood at the sign telling me to wait to be seated. Several employees look at me and the couple standing behind me... nothing. After walking to an employee and asking if they are open, or what, I'm told to seat myself in Spanish. I sit for 10 minutes without a menu or anything to drink. Eventually I just got up and left. Just terrible service, last time coming here. Heading to IHOP. Thanks for nothing Dennys morning crew!(Update: IHOP was excellent)

We’ve eaten here several times, and without fail we always see dirty walls, ceilings, floors, and cockroaches crawling out the walls. We’ve taken time away from eating at this location and instead going other location that are further away from us with the hopes that these issues will be fixed next time we return. But that never happens. Eating here again today after a while and right at our table, out comes a cockroach. We asked to be moved to a different table immediately. I watched to see if the server would inform his manager, but that never happened. So we’re left with the impression they are aware and simply don’t care. Hence this review.

I order through Uber eats just now and I paid for the extra taco meat and I didn’t even get that and plus I got more sour cream than anything . I usually get everything on the side including the sour cream because I don’t like sour cream and I been calling the store and no one is answering

We were seated by a guy whom we thought was the manager, however he wasn't and never came back. A KAREN employee kept watching ? us while standing behind the counter but, never once came to our table to wait on us. About 10 minutes later a young lady finally came to our table we asked for drinks & which meal did I get free since it was my birthday ? she said that she did not know but would find out. She never came back. My daughter motioned for another waiter to come over and asked him why Karen was still staring at us but wouldn't come to serve us, he said that he thinks she doesn't like black people ?. After about 20 minutes of no service or water we left. My kind didn't seem welcomed in this establishment. I advise any person of color not to patronize this denny's, they do not serve Blacks ?.

While visiting family for thanksgiving we opted to have breakfast at a local establishment to ease holiday preparations upon entering we were promptly seated even with the building being almost at capacity . The atmosphere was tense at first then softened by our waiter who took our orders and delivered them in a timely fashion with two orders of the chicken and biscuits with gravy and eggs for a southern comfort style breakfast what really brought out this meal was using hot sauce to add flare to the dish all and all would recommend as it’s a America classic
