Poor service. Having a lot of tables to wait is no excuse for poor customer service. My waitress spent plenty of time conversing and checking on all the tables around me but completely ignored me after she delivered my food. I wanted to order more food but she never checked on me to verify if everything was OK before bringing my check.I guess she did not want my business.
Terrible management. The phone never works. when I try to call to make a take out order it rings and rings and goes straight to voicemail. Some nights they take takeout orders past 12 AM and then other nights they decide not to. The only good server there was Desiree Ricard I miss her. Anyway the food is all right but the atmosphere is like that of a funeral home. In desperate need of a remodel. Overall one of the worst Denny’s I have ever been to.
Great service and the food was good as well. Wait times were none existing. The atmosphere was a little gloomy but overall good experience.
I really like this Denny's located on the Northwest Freeway at Antoine.The restaurant is very clean and service is prompt. I especially like the everyday value breakfast. You get two eggs, two strips of bacon or two sausage links and two large pancakes all for under $5 tax included.As a senior citizen, I especially like the 15% AARP discount.
Worst denny's I've been to. Ordered the country fried steak, it was absolutely freezer burnt and inedible on one side. The other was still cold and frozen. The gravy wasn't even mixed and had lumps all over it. Was sick after taking one bite.
The service here is awesome! Food was great! I pass up 3 Dennys from my house to get to this location.
One of my favorite restaurant I love how they make their chicken fried steak and I love their season fries And I love the coffee it's the bomb oh and the Patty melt is nice and crispy And good it's so so good.!!!????
Overall, this location was better than most. Service was acceptable, would have been nice to get more coffee before the meal was finished. Food came out quickly and was good by chain standards.
Order breakfast for pickup. Ready when I arrived, staff was great. The place was packed. Must be something good happening there.
My family decided to go to Dennys and we’ve been coming here for a long time but lately the service is really bad. We had to wait 20min for someone to come and see what we wanted to drink.the last time we came we waited and 1hr to get our food. This was during the weekend. So if you really want food I would say you have to come here really early before anyone because they will take forever. I used to love Dennys, now it’s just disappointing.
