I've been coming to this place for years because it's like 5 min away from my house, but every time there's something wrong, it's either the food that's way to greasy, the taste, or the service of the waiters, anyway I stopped coming to this place way before the pandemic started, and I started to dine out last year, I don't remember his name, but it was a tall skinny guy with long hair, he was in charge back then, nice guy, service was good, but then something happened and all of the sudden it wasn't him anymore, I stopped coming to this restaurant again because it was dirty, stinky and you just didn't want to be here , well couple of months ago, I decided to come back and see if it was any better well it is, if you come on Wednesday or Thursdays ? if you come any other day it's greasy food, bad service and you have to wait for ever to be seated and wait and wait... oh and just for everyone to know there is a couple of waitresses that expect a good tip even though they don't check on you, I personally give good tips if treated right if not I don't regardless tip is optional and should ONLY BE GIVEN IF TREATED LIKE A QUEEN OR KING PERIOD .......anyway today I went, waited for ever to be seated then I asked for a decaf coffee there wasn't any, ok, I asked for half and half ice tea, never got a refill, I needed napkins, never got any napkins , my food was dripping greasy, I paid almost $15.00 for bad service and guess what, yeah, you're right, I DIDN'T LEAVE A TIP, had to stop at the gas station to buy me something to drink ??? so people if you want good service IT'S ONLY WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY ???✌??
I had a great experience, the server was attentive and also helped me get a breakfast deal for my daughter. The only complaint that I had is the person who prepared my daughter's meal did not communicate to server that they were out of one of the choices I made for my daughter's breakfast. The cook decided to choose another item for me. That choice should have been made by the customer.
The table service was acceptable but the food was poor, even for Denny's standards. Ordered a salad: lettuce was not fresh and turning brown, grilled chicken was overcooked and very dry, the dressing was not fresh and was flavorless.I've had fresher salad in a vending machine. How can a restaurant with a kitchen and fridge ruin a salad?
The service was horrible they focused on one side of the restaurant not both we waited over an hour for our food once the food started coming out it took 20 minutes for all of us to get our food they literally brought one meal out then another like5 minutes latter. food was cold, some was burnt overcooked, never will I go there again.
The food was not palatable. The onion rings weren't fully cooked and the boneless wings were too hard and were masked by the flavor coating; Buffalo and BBQ sauces. The place wasn't busy, only 3 tables but our waiter, Raphael, was absent for a long while.
Over all the experience was good. The server lady was nice to me and made me feel welcomed. I felt the music was a bit loud. The food was good. It was not great like at other Denny's that I have visited. And the payment process was cumbersome, because I had to get up and stand in front of the cash register because they cannot touch your card. Precautions are great and the dine in experience was good.
Ordered Cobb salad with grilled chicken and the cucumber was slimy, lettuce wilted and the core of the lettuce in the salad. Spoke with the manager David and he said I could get a replacement salad. I went back three days later got another salad and it was better but more lettuce than anything else in the container.
I made the mistake of not checking my order before leaving. I had a block of cheese all over my eggs. I wasn't clear if it was eggs until scrapped some cheese off (gross)! Of course waisted didn't eat it. I had 2 soggy English muffins waist couldn't eat it. It was soggy wet bread assume they put a whole stick of butter on it. The potatoes was delicious ate them and had to throw the rest of my food away. Yes I had a choice of no cheese and I chose no cheeses but still had a ton of it on my food.
Waited 15 min to be seated, and just as long for a server to greet the table. Drinks took forever, food came out cold… and both the servers seemed like they were high on something. Didn’t pre bus the table, my friend wanted dessert and no one came by to offer any. The manager was cool though. The restrooms were trashed…
