Prime ribeye medium cooked is amazing and the lobster Mac n cheese is beautiful. The potatoes au gratin is ok but not worth mentioning.
Wedding Anniversary
I took my wife here for our anniversary. Everything was delicious. Except for the calamari. It was tough and overcooked. If I do come back I will be getting the waygu meatballs instead. But as I said everything else, (drinks, steak, lobster Mac and cheese) was very good.
Top Notch service, our server Jlo went above and beyond to take care of us.
I was there for my mothers birthday and the service was a little slow but not too bad it was very dark upstairs so we had to use our phone to look at the menu but overall it was a good experience
Amazing location for a special meeting and dinner of any type. We have been to the Del Friscoâs in New York, Charlotte, and now Houston. They never disappoint. The wine selection is fabulous. The food is amazing. We had filet, crab cakes, and bone in filet as well as some scrumptious lobster Mac and cheese, creamed corn and mashed potatoes. We would have loved to have had dessert, but all 6 of us left with no room. I look forward to another trip to Houston to enjoy Del Friscoâs again!!
Ambiance was dark and the toast of food was average. Specifically the lobster Mac and cheese had no lobster in it.
My wife took me and the kids here for father's day. It was my first time and my experience was not good. The hostess was not friendly, our waitress took forever to greet us and she did not make us feel welcomed at all. The busboy brought us bread and didn't even bring us plates. Our waitress was nowhere to be found so we had to ask another waiter to bring us plates. She finally returned to take our order and seemed annoyed when we had questions about the menu. Long story short the food was okay, A5 wagyu was over cooked, the calamari was over cooked, ribeye was delicious, the sea bass dish was good, cocktails were delicious but a little shiesty with the alcohol. We paid $400 + 15% tip for Average food and bad service. Happy Father's Day to me.
Father's Day was our first time dining ar Del Friscos. server was the best. He was attentive. My family and I will go again soon.
