Bae had her usual oxtail, greens and broccoli cheese rice, and I had the turkey wings, pintos and the same broccoli cheese rice...all I can say is it was BANGING!!!
"This food is the bomb!" The young lady was nice and helpful. The food had great texture, seasoning, and temperature. It was so flavorful I almost hurt myself. I ordered the oxtails, green beans and broccoli casserole, and my tastebuds are dancing. Located in NE Houston, D & L's Cajun Kitchen is my new favorite soulful spot.

Very good southern food, very good hospitality and they let you try before you buy. O and the Catfish was the bomb by the way, I would definitely recommend!!!
I had fried pork chops fried just right. My hubby loves the turkey wings because they give the Whole wing not pieces
The Turkey Wings and dressing are still great. I was a bit disappointed with the Collards and Cabbage..too kuch vinegar and not the same seasoning or cook.

Order boudin and Mac and cheese. They say it’s going to be 10 minutes, so I wait 10 minutes in my car. I come back in 10 minutes to pay for the food and the cashier goes to the Cook to ask about the boudin. She then says “the boudin is frozen.” I asked if they even started cooking it yet and she says no. Then asks me if I still want to make the order??? Waste of time driving there. Waste of time waiting for food that wasn’t even being prepared
