The cool thing was specialties, are unique. However our order didn’t come out like what was pictured. As for the taste eh…like ice cream. Nothing spectacular. A bit pricey!!!?
First time here! Came with the family. Such a great chill place to hang around we all got each different flavors & all of them were so delicious & different a little pricey I must say for 4 people with did pay much more than we thought but it was worth it. Seeing the smoke come out was so cool & my kids loved it definitely a place will be coming back to! & great service as well
No reason not to give 5 stars, however, I would say the experience is overrated. But the kids loved watching the smoke and ordering "funky" flavors.The strawberry nitro shake was tasty, and my daughter loved her "unicorn" ice cream cup. The "Quantum Coffee" tasted amazing too.
I don't know if the liquid nitrogen thing is just a gimmick or if it makes the ice cream better. Either way, the ice cream is great and watching them make it with the liquid nitrogen is really cool. Also, the credit card system went down and we didn't have cash. Since they already made our ice cream, we ended up getting it free. Can't be that. We appreciate the manager being understanding under stressful circumstances.
-This was my very first time being there (and it certainly won't be my last since I see that they have a red velvet one) and the customer service and both desserts were amazing! The whole experience was just great. The one dessert pictured is called Elemint btw ??????
I visited on 5/23 and had a small bowl of a ice cream with two toppings. Cost me ~ $9.50 and took 10 minutes to prepare. It tasted reasonable, certainly not the best ice cream I've had, and for the cost, certainly not worth it. I picked up some ice cream from the supermarket the next night, half the price and twice the quantity, about equal quality. I would not go back again.
Used to be my favorite ice cream place for years, I have been coming here quite frequently.Today, I was pretty disappointed they changed the recipe for their amazing birthday cake. Now the ice cream tastes like flour for the most part.They have been cutting costs but that could just be inflation. They no longer use their branded spoons, reduced the scoop size and increased the prices.If you want better ice cream now try Jenis or Milk and sugar or flower & cream.
I love it! The staff were so fast and kind, the ice cream was absolutely tasty.
