The tacos Pibil were great!
Food was delicious! I ordered the Cochinita Pibil tostadas. Highly recommend. My partner ordered the poblano y queso tamale plate. Service was spot on. Really friendly, and tasted like my mom cooked it for us. 10/10

Found the establishment from a Jose Ralat article in Texas Monthly. It was worth the 20min drive from the house because the Food is SPECTACULAR!We had the Cochinita Pibil Tacos, Poblano and Cheese Tamales and a side of the Papitas with Morita Aioli. All were exceptional. We honeymooned on the Riviera Maya and ate our weight in Pibil.The market was quite a surprise with coffee from Fusion Beans (Southside Espresso), Tenfold, Little Dreamer and Amaya (Catalina Coffee); local honey; jam/jelly; several different local nut butters.If we lived close we would shop here all the time. If you live nearby or are curious, don't miss this establishment. We are already planning our next visit!
We usually go for Loteria Night (Tues. starting @6:30pm) They give out prices to local stores which is pretty neat. They have a good selection of local beer and kombucha. There's also wine. They do sell food and coffee. My daughter enjoyed her chicken tacos and the cookies were good. (Got a chocolate chip cookie.) The vibe was relaxing.

Excellent food. The passion fruit salad was so satisfying. Loved the pork pibil, panela cheese and chorizo, and lions mane tacos. Punchy flavors, a good amount of heat, and fresh tortillas. Now on my favorites list.

I have worked with Victoria twice now for catering. Most recently, Victoria catered a celebration of life dinner for our family. Victoria was prompt, understanding, and so easy to work with. We had a limited budget but wanted to serve a variety of options and Victoria worked with us on the menu and suggested quantities. We ordered food for 50 and had more than enough to go around. The food was prepped to perfection and everyone enjoyed it. I highly recommend Cochinita for all your catering needs. Looking forward to working with them for all our future events!
