This place is dope ! It’s really important we start prioritizing not only health focused places but health places with clean ingredients. Poor customer service and did not feel welcomed at this location. I walked in and the 2 people who were working behind the counter did not greet me.One girl walked past me without speaking and called for a 3rd person to come out from the back. When the girl came from the back, she had a frown on her face and said “do you know what you want to order?” I asked if everyone is ok and they looked at each other and said “we’re fine”. I mentioned that no one’s greeted me since entering and that the cashier was abrupt in asking for an order instead of greeting me first.After I ordered the Berry Açaí Bowl, one of the girls making orders bent down into one of the cabinets for a few minutes and when she emerged, it revealed that she had her phone in her hand texting; This was unsanitary.The wait was short to receive my bowl which was great however when the order came, the young lady said “here’s your order”, slid it on the counter and walked away.The bowl is too small for everything that is inside. The contents fall out of the bowl as you try to eat. The taste was “ok” and not worth the experience. The prices are HIGH compared to the taste, service, and experience.As a business owner, I’d like this company to know that the value received is lower than the price charged.I drove 30 mins away to try this location based on the reviews instead of going to my usual place.I do not recommend.
Extremely patient and quality staff. Mom had to pick up special order for me as I’m sick with COVID and need nutrient rich food with other restrictions. My mom had never been so she couldn’t answer some the questions. They let her call me on speaker and walk through it. They were very kind to her. After that my mom was also impressed with how careful the staff was and took their time to make sure everything was right and still presented extremely well. Needless to say you have a new customer with her. As usual, when I got my food, it was AMAZING, beautiful and fresh. Thank you Clean Juice!
There was two lady's in the front that were not paying attention to anything. I stood there in front of the cash register for like 5 minutes before the lady even looked up to take our order (she was at the register too). After most of my family received their drinks they forgot my wife's completely. Great mothers day clean juice! Won't be going back to this place again.
2nd time we order since new owners. The first time we ordered 2 cold brew bowl and 2nd time we order 2 double one smoothies and both times we were disappointed. :/
I wanted to be a fan of Clean Juice because I like what they stand for but the flavors just weren’t good. I felt like I was drinking expensive dirt. It was tough getting down. I don’t even remember what I ordered but I won’t be back. It is clean and looks very modern.I ordered The Immunity One and was told the turmeric wasn't overpowering in the drink. I even asked for more pineapple and orange and less turmeric was I was surprised it was not sweet at all.
Finally tried an Acai bowl today lol I came across Clean Juice on the list of restaurants in my United app. It was definitely a great recommendation. This particular location is less than 10 minutes from my home and close to my favorite theater. It's not not an overly big shop but it's Instagram worthy and the staff members are kind. The service was quick and the bowl was really good. I grabbed a physical menu while there and will definitely go back to try more things soon.
I made a cleanse pickup for this past Saturday. I was greeted when I walked in and assisted immediately. Although, my order wasn't boxed and ready for me at that exact time, the young juicerista boxed right away. I asked how to do the cleanse since it was my first and she did explain it to me. Friendly staff. My only issue was not ready when I walked in the door. But I'm a pretty easy individual as long as it doesn't continue to be an ongoing issue.
Do not waste your money! I bought a sandwich for my daughter and they only put one slice of turkey on the sandwich. Some places don't deserve to stay in business. Truly greedy!
The ordering process was super easy and fast... I had my order delivered. I ordered late around midnight.... And set my delivery time at 9am. They delivered it 30min early. So easy.. This was my first experience... So I hope this is what to expect again. First impression... Good website experience and service.
