Overall everything was fine. I just felt that someone should wipe down game buttons and handles they were quite greasy and gritty every now and then through out the day.
The deals they have for pizza and drinks don't include games! The place seemed like they didn't have enough employees but had employees standing around.no longer have tickets or coins. Beer $7 for 16oz
Good place for younger kids. Considering how long they have been in business I expected better pizza and games. Young staff that was not very attentive. Kept clean
The customer service staff was just so dang rude. Cashier was rude and rushing us. Manager was rude. Everyone just acted like they didn’t want to be there. Like come on. This place is supposed to be fun and it just annoyed me the whole time because everyone has an attitude. Getting mad at me because I wasn’t ready to order yet, like no I wasn’t ready. I hadn’t been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child and now I have children and things have changed. I didn’t know the menu. It’s not like people go to Chuck E. Cheese everyday and have the menu memorized. The environment was clean and okay but for real, retrain your staff on good friendly customer service. It goes a long way
My kids love Chuck e cheese especially since they are older. This is a nice place to go with family!!! The food is great and they are clean.
My Grandbaby loves it been there 3 times last month. Never was told need to pause card when eating. Otherwise 30 mins dissappear. Also I finally got 1000 points for getting ball in never registered on our card. Also lost mins since didn't initially know about pausing while eating pizza. We preferred old tokens as opposed to timer. Pizza tastes good. Still overall fun time. Also waited 20 mins to get problem resolved for Mgr who never came by. Staff friendly. A fun place to play, eat and have fun. Kids love it. Great crew, very pleasant, welcoming and helpful.
This chucky cheese gets more ghetto by the day. Starting with the lazy workers standing around acting like they don’t see the customers texting on the counter top while there is a line. Everyone acts clueless. Maybe they really can’t see with those huge lashes they put on to go to work.
Kids loved it and pizza was great
