Place was packed and obviously over the maximum capacity limit per fire department. Several of the games didn't work and/or still deducted the price for the play even though they were not functional, nor did they have a sign of any kind warning guests about it. Young cashiers were nice but obviously overwhelmed and seemed burned out. Chuck E. Came out and "danced" every hour but really just waved his/her hands around for 2 minutes and took off. My daughter had fun, so that's most important to me.
Chuck E Cheese is like a household name but I gotta say I was disappointed. We spent$175.00 on 4 XL pizzas wings drinks and 2 game cards. The pizzas were not really extra large. They just took a large pizza and cut it in 2 slices which means we had slices of pizza that were 1-2 inches wide. The wings were not fried wings. They were either baked or roasted and then somebody just poured sauce on top. They had a lot of small broken bones in them. Some of the lettuce in the salad was turning brown. They should know better and I woulda sent it all back if it wasn't almost closing.
i totally recommended this place we have a blast with our Grandson 3 years old.
The Willowbrook Chuck E Cheese is very big and they have very good service.
2 employees not very attentive. One guy just stood around doing nothing the whole time. The other girl was nice but very understaffed. Extremely Expensive. Broken rides and games. This location needs help.
My son had a blast! I celebrated his birthday here, I can’t remember the servers name but she was really nice and very attentive, I definitely recommend bringing your children here :)
Great staff. Very accommodating. Food served hot. Salad bar needs much improvement.
I want to take a moment to recognize one of your team members, Steven Vasquez, for the amazing job this young man does for your organization. From the moment we walked in to celebrate our grandson’s second birthday, he was seen maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and doing it well, training an employee and reflecting great leadership skills, guiding Chuck E Cheese with his dance moves while entertaining the little fans. This restaurant is so lucky to have this individual on their team.Drum roll please!Please award this young man with another pin to add to his collection.
me and my wife took are 19 months great grandson it was his first time and he had a blast he ran from end to the end and he loved chuck e cheese and he danced with chuck e the place was very clean and friendly staff a little pricey on food and drinks but he had so much fun that's what counts thank ya'll very much
The babies loved it here, no rides like the traditional Chuck E. Cheeses, but they still had a ball. They didn't want to leave. Very clean considering the pandemic still in affect....
