Worst food service ever.The employee said they had to run the boneless wings through the oven 3 times which "explains the longer than usual wait time". However the wings were cold and tiny, fries were under fried and limp, and cheese bread was lame.
After waiting 15 minutes for the people in front of me to order, the cashier decided to talk to another coworker instead of clearing the line. One was on her cell phone and I had to literally ask her to take my order. Salad bar went up, but they took away one of the main items which was the meat. They definitely need to bring it back or lower the price. Everything was clean and they did have a guy that was going around sanitizing. Cashiers need more customer service training.
This place gets 2 stars because of the games it had. By far the most variety I have seen at Chuck E. Cheese.... however, the employees let the kids climb all over the games, they won't last long. The employees are rude and don't care to have appropriate conversations. I heard two of the girl employees talking about how bad their stomach hurt and how they were going to go to the bathroom and last hours... that's definitely something I don't want to hear as I'm fixing to eat.
Worst chuck e cheese I've ever been to. Very small selection of games, no games you win more than 300 tickets on and there was maybe one that you could even win that on. Staff all looked tired and bored, there was no sign of the classic fun place for the family energy. I bought an hour and a half which usually isn't enough at other locations and after 30minutes I was standing around unimpressed. Then after all of this me and my family are standing waiting to get a prize while staff sits in booths and at a table a employee literally facing me while we stand for 5 minutes being patient before having to ask for someone to help us. I would recommend literally any other location.
I had my daughters birthday party here and although she was scared of Chuck e. She said she really enjoyed it there. She’s only 4! Our host was the best! Checking in on us and offering us anything as we needed it. Love the experience for my family! ?
Overall good experience only rated 3 stars on the fact that the main attraction, (Chuck E.) Wasn't as enthusiastic as he usually was and when I was a kid and seemed like he didn't want to interact with the birthday kids like back in the good ole days. Plus some of the games wasn't working. But is a nice place to take the kids for a get away. Love the photo sketch booth, excellent details.

Great place. Friendly staff... a bit smaller than the one in pearland, but all games were working.
Used to love the place for my children now the tokens are missing for the games the correct amount of balls are not counted at the games a lot of the arcade machines did not work but yeah my card is ticking
Had fun with my kids 60min they both won over 600 tickets they had a blast!!!
