I went there this past Tuesday to try out their $2 taco special and was painfully disappointed. I had been wanting to go for a very long time and finally had the chance. We sat at the bar and the male bartender was very nice. Unfortunately, he was not our server. The young woman taking our order seemed to be very confused. I had to repeat myself several times that I wanted lemons to go with my iced tea and had to ask for a straw and sweetener. The tacos came out very quickly and were unbelievably unappetizing. We had one each, fish, shrimp, pork, chicken and beef and they were ALL dry, COLD and pre cooked. NONE of it was made to order and they didn’t even take the time to warm the tortillas!! There was barely any meat on any of them at all. I even asked the server if this was the normal size or if they made them smaller for the happy hour price. She said that they were the normal size but even seemed unsure in her answer. Finally, I asked for a side of mild salsa for my elderly mother because she couldn’t eat the jalapeño in the pico. The salsa was the only thing that was good but I was charged $.75 for it!! Needless to say, I will never go back there and hope they can get their stuff together. I can’t imagine anyone paying $2.00 for cold, dry, old tacos let alone their regular price of $4.50+. My advice? Stick with Berry Hill. This place is nowhere close to knowing what a real taco is. Good luck.

Celebrated a birthday for my friend while we watched the NCAA semi-finals. We sat right by the stage area. The chair my wife sat in, was very close to the stage so people kept bumping her chair to walk by to the restroom. I had the g-string salad. It was ok they forgot to add the sunflower seeds. The waitress did her best, we were a large group. The seats were very uncomfortable as we were there for about 3 hours watching the games. I had to keep getting up standing and walk around. There were video games to play & corn hole, golf, basketball. It was very nice. You can bring the kids.

On a visit to Houston my friends and I ended up here randomly. It was karaoke night and the singers were really good! We came towards the end of the night but still started to enjoy ourselves. My 2 star rating comes from good vibes and decent drinks however at some point on of their employees walks past everyone in the bar and comes to us demanding that we leave right away! We replied they told us we could finish our drinks and he replied no you have to leave right now. It was rude and embarrassing. Never again.

They have a very nice selection of drinks. The reverse happy hour is the time to go if you like cocktails and some shots. The burger er had was okiesh. But the quantity is quite large. So that's defiantly a plus. And they are very attentive.Would definitely come back again

the fish was bland and the batter on the onion rings where coming off over priced for what I got, but it had a good atmosphere for sports watching parking is a little tight.

It’s ok. Probably a good sports bar for f that’s your thing but not a good burger joint.Food was decent but a little low on flavor. Had a bacon burger that was dry and disappointingly the lettuce had those pieces that are really part of the stem.Just didn’t seem to really care about the quality that went into the food.Decent beer selection and a friendly staff.

This is a great spot to catch the game. They've got a decent selection of beers, several TVs, indoor and outdoor seating, and their service is fast even when busy.

Parking is a bit tricky when the location is busy but great atmosphere and bartenders. Karaoke DJ REALLY deserves a raise and recognition. Great location is general.

The food was terrible. My onion rings were cold and the batter they used was cheap and bland. Their coke machine isn't working properly, because the sodas were terrible. It's probably a 5☆ if you enjoy overpriced garbage while drinking and watching sports.

Great Bartenders, Happy Hour prices and food specials. As a new resident in Rice Village I consider this place a definite winner winner
