I just purchased another dozen of peanut butter, white chocolate macadamia and another chocolate chip one! Plus the company made a carrot cake flavor. They are all sooo good! Moist and Soft and Chewy.When they offered a Carrot Cake Cookie Sandwich recently for Easter… I had to try. When they arrived I placed them in the fridge as instructed and after a few hours, WOW this is probably my new favorite!I also ordered a bag of their Dry Mixes so that I can bake at home. Today I made the Espresso Chocolate Cookies and they came out just right.
