The "mobile order only line" makes no sense. Dozen or so cars lined up in the regular line. No cars and one employee hanging out in the mobile line the entire 2-3 mins I was there doing nothing. Not very efficient....Right when I was next a mobile order line car pulls up, screams her name and the employee gives her the go, she goes in front of me. No big deal. She gets to the pickup window, they don't have her order they have mine. They tell her to pull up, which she does, by this time i have my food and I pull right behind her. Where we both continued to wait a minute or so until she got her mobile order. Again, not very efficient....
This place is horrible. From staff to food. This is not ran like a normal chick fil a. I will go to 1-10 or the mall before coming here ever again. Staff need to also stop telling fibs and saying they are managers when they are not. I know when I speak to the manager or not because of the way the manager speaks. The managers are trained and know how to talk professional. Y’all might be a team leader but cha ain’t a manager.
Just wanted to take a minute to recognize Maria! She’s super nice lady, professional, hard working and she always takes the extra mile with all customers.Every time I come here I notice her working and cleaning around the clock! She just does not stop. She further comes to every customer and ask if they need anything.Keep up the great work Maria!
I’ve never been to a Chick Fil A that forgot to put the sauces you ask for in the bag. I usually get more sauces than I need. I thought they were at the bottom so I didn’t even double check. I also ordered the Mac & Cheese and the container wasn’t filled up all the way. On a positive note, fries were fresh and employees were friendly per usual. Probably won’t go back to this location though.
Ordered chicken sandwiches here, without pickles. I knew I should’ve been suspicious when they were ready so fast, but I’m not one to question service workers.I get home and share them with my friends, every single one you can taste that they had pickles resting on them, juices soaked in and were plucked off. Ended up being really gross and we couldn’t finish them. I wish they would’ve spent another minute or two getting fresh sandwiches.
Have you been to a Chick-fil-A? Yes. This one was no exception to the exceptional service that one should receive from this company.Except I said "should" because we did not. We arrived, girlfriend went to the bathroom, I was asked if I had been helped which I responded no and I was waiting for my girlfriend. They said ok and walked away.Another customer walked in and they were asked dine-in or carry out.They said dine-in to which the employee said have a seat anywhere and someone will be with you shortly to take your order. Cool.I overheard that and took a seat. Girlfriend came back. 5 minutes pass.2nd 3rd 4th customer after us came in and was seated and served. Two of which were seated literally in front of us. We sat at the long table with stools in the middle of the dining area. Several people were asked if they had been helped around us. I guess we blended into our surroundings. I mean I would get it if we were wearing camo or a John Cena shirt but we weren't.10 mins pass. Still no one. Cool. Cool. Another couple minutes go by so I pull my phone out and ordered our food that way.The food was delicious as expected but the service wasn't really up to the Chick-fil-A mantra.
Food tasted great. We were greeted by a hostess standing at a podium. She asked us to find a table & we did. She took our orders...even repeating back to us what we ordered correctly. I asked to sub my fries for mac n cheese. My order comes out & I have fries. I take the fries to the counter & told them what was going on. One lady said ok & asked the young girl to help me. The young girl kept trying to give me fries. I told her about 3 times what happened. Finally the lady who asked the girl to help me comes back & tells her to get me mac n cheese. She gives it to me & I return to my table. After finishing my meal, I noticed my order tag on the bag. Even though my order was repeated back to me correctly before I paid, the order taker still listed fries as my side! No wonder I got fries! If you drop by here, ensure your order was fulfilled correctly before walking away!
I just wanted to shout out Taylor! I came to pick up kids lunch this am. I did a mobile order with the option of pick up inside. I waited at the counter for a fee minutes with three people not acknowledging me one of which was exactly in front of me at the register for at least a minute. Taylor came from the other side of the store acknowledged me and asked how should could assist me which turned an unpleasant experience into a pleasant one! The manager(I assume) then acknowledged me as well and I shared how awesome and pleasant Taylor was but wanted to come here and brag more about her refreshing customer etiquette!
I ordered for our entire office. They didn't have it prepared and blamed it on computer system and said it was a corporate problem. I called corporate only to find out that each location is responsible for whatever issues they encounter and that there were no computer issues. I put in a complaint and was told I would hear back within 3 days...never heard back. Called a second time and explained I never heard back, was told all they can do is relay message to the specific location and that they should be getting back with me. I never received an apology or explanation as to why our order was not ready. I gave them one more shot and used the app to order food and it was estimated to arrive within a time frame, not the case, food came late. I've never had such a horrible experience with any other location.
We were so happy to eat inside for the first time in two years. The drive through is the most amazing and fastest ever but it was a wonderful experience to eat inside and the food was great as usual. It's always a great time for us to go to any Chik-fil-A. You are the best!!
