This location is one of the worst in my opinion. The wait time is always excessive no matter if you order well in advance . And the quality is just not the same as other locations . Pieces of my chicken were black and purple-ish . I’ve attached the photo. . Needless to say I won’t be back here and let’s thank heavens I didn’t get sick .

Came by for lunch and got that same great Chick-fil-A service !!! Drive thru was awesome professional and fast !! Will definitely be back !!

This location is so horrible. They always forget something in my order or give me the wrong thing. They’ve given me old hash brown to where they literally looked like they were sitting there all day. The box they were given in were literally soggy from how longer they were sitting there. I tired to exchange the hash browns at a different location because I don’t live near that location & I wasn’t given new hash browns. The picture I taken wasn’t even 15 minutes after receiving my food. The hash browns never look like this & are always crispy not soggy! They very unorganized & the staff is so slow they forget everything. Any other chick fil a I’ve been too is amazing except this location. I don’t know why their so unorganized.

I am typically overwhelmed at the customer care that Chick Fil A provides. I've never been to this store before. Upon ordering I forgot and item. I asked at the window to add it. The young lady acted as if was a severe inconvenience, to the point I told her to not bother. It was then her tone changed, somewhat. I get drive thru has time demands and goals. However, money in should always take precedent, along with quality customer service. That doesn't seem the case with this young lady. I will choose to use a different location in the future.

I was on the go and didn't realize no ketchup nor straws were given to me for the drinks. Usually when your order is taken they ask what sauces or dressing and I was in a hurry I didn't realize they didn't ask. Great and quick customer service.

In general Chick FIL a is great. That specific store is terrible. They forgot to put some it's I ordered, also chicken nuggets came cold a very greasy,, ? fires came 70% filled up. I came back to tell them, they didn't do nothing with most of my complaints. At another time, I ordered one breakfast, they charged me for 2. Bad store. Other locations I've been, we're good.

Great service. Expect super long lines around 3:30. Early lunch line isn’t bad. I do want to add that this last time I ordered a sandwich with no bun but it came with a bun anyway. Not a huge problem, but would rather the extra bread not go to waste.Update: Did a special order again today (no bun, extra lettuce) and it was fully accommodated for. Thank you!!

Staff at the drive thru today was great! If it wasn’t for the person at the window the customer service at this location would’ve been 5* it seems like it’s a common occurrence for the people at the window to talk over you and not listen to what you’re saying..Besides that this location tends to stuff your food in the bag and place the fries on their side which makes all of it spill into your bag ?

If they would of never forgot my hash brown this meal would of been the best. Over all staff is very friendly.
