The food is excellent, although my Cobb Salad is not fresh at all (the salad seem to be in the fridge for a week or so). Because the place is often crowded, you won't get the full benefit of excellent customer service.I ordered an ice cream in a cup, but i didn't get a chance to try it. I waited 15 minutes for it, but it never made to my hand. I requested a refund so that the money be returned to the apps. They handed me a duplicate receipt, and I had to return inside to collect my cash refund. Call the management afterwards so that they are aware of the situation and hopefully operate more efficiently with small orders.I don't think she cares, but it's fine. I've always had poor luck with this location, so I'm going to avoid it for another two years. Sadly, I work at UH and have to travel to I-10 and Taylor location to eat Chick FilaJust a heads up, because it is a crowded place, you may need to reduce your expectations, and hopeful you won't have to wait as long as I did for ice cream that never arrived.
I went to this location 5940 Gulf fwy and had a very bad experience there with my Daughter and my Grandchildren. We made a very big order and substitute Fries for fruit and when received are order we got one order of fries so we told the the person who brought it to my table that we did not order any Fries but only fruit but they changed me for it as a meal. So he went to tell his team leader to make the adjustment and she came to my table to say that I did not want the Fries her Name was Jolsell. I said no so she took the Fries off my table and then said rudely that I need to go up front to get my refund. It was such a bad experience and hassle she made for me and my family. And then when I went to the counter the lady who name is Susana said she could do an exchange for something else I said no just give me a refund it's already stressful that I'm having to go through this. I ask if there was a Manager on duty and she said he just clock out I saw him come up front and I wanted to let him know how on professional his staff was to us but he then look at me and said he was off the clock and step away. I couldn't believe what I heard . His name is Vincent very rude of them all and now I can see we're his team get if from . When you have a very bad leader this is what you will receive from it . Very bad service. I eaten at lots of chick Fila this is most worst one I had encounter. Never will be back here again.
Worst Chick-fil-A in Houston... love chic-fil-A but ive had one too many orders go wrong here. I work close to this location so I have no choice but to go there. They always forget to add enough straws for each drink, condiments and missing food items. If you end up going here please make sure to repeat your self at least 3 times for them to get it right & check your bag while there if you have time so you don't end up having to come back.
The entire staff made us feel so welcome! Everyone treated us like family! Miss Becky even took our littles behind the counter to make their own cones!! All you vacationers, definitely stop at this CFA on your way to Galveston!
I paid $2.99 for two table spoons of kale salad. Thats ridiculous.
There was a young lady named Celina who was extraordinary with service and it was busy and super packed and for her to be well mannered and so nice was great to see. I'm so glad Chick-fil-A hires wonderful people like her !
Chick-fil-a is always on point. The staff is always awesome and so efficient, the service is great the food is always a great temp. Bravo to the staff, the work ethic and teamwork in general is Awesome!! Special shout out to the girl training the new team member outside today. She was patient and sweet and the new guy was very receptive and also did great.
Someone asked me to buy something for them and the people here were not friendly at all. When I ate meat and bought from Chick Fil-A at Kirwood and Westheimer, it was a completely different experience. Not sure if it is this location or it's their tradition is changing. Didn't feel any different than Burger King etc when I ate fast food.
1st Please turn off your option to pick up your order inside the store if your not going to let customers inside the store. It’s cold outside and the last thing i want to do is sit outside of your store for 10 min waiting on y’all to make my order.2nd my order was not correct and i am not going back. Worst chick Fila experience ever. Will not return.
I love their customer service! The employees are so nice and make me feel so welcomed. The food is so good and literally the perfect temperature. Probably the best Chick-fil-A of all the ones I been too.
