Then into Nazism and was used to foment World Wars 1 and 2 lady taking my order to drive through was very nice she was training but the other three the young lady in the two young boys to boy man with the tattoo on his neck not professional but I literally counted 22 people on the clock and now wasn't that busy and I wanted grilled chicken sandwiches I told her that so if her training was there a trainer was there with the trainee she would have caught that mistake cuz I got a fried chicken sandwich and I couldn't eat it you tell Craig but I will be filing a complaint because those kids need to have better attitude when he got that many people on the clock with the way chicken is going to become stairs with this hits chicken farms being infected doesn't have to lay off people anyway
Chik Fil A used to be a fast food restaurant I didn't have to hold up the drive thru line and go through my bag to confirm my order is correct. Several times now at this location they have either given me the wrong order, or have not given me any of the condiments I've asked for. Food quality itself is always top notch so have to be honest there. Service is just whatever now and along the same lines as any chain making some effort. This is all my drive thru experience, can't say anything about dining in.
This chick-fil-a has all of the qualities of a chick-fil-a. No surprises. Chicken that is fried, between a bun, with a pickle. The fries were waffled like they tend to be. The sauce came from unopened dipping packets. The service had individuals asking for what we wanted and then we had to pay.After all of that we waited in a through-line where cars drove. A drive-thru if you will.
Don't be scared of the long line. This place does an awesome job of getting people through the drive thru quickly. I don't know how they do it but it is a well oiled machine! No matter how many cars are in line, they take your order quickly and get the food to you before you know it. I don't need to rate the food, we all know how good Chick fil a is.
Placed an order for delivery at 11:58 am on 4/4 . ETA said 35 - 55 minutes .12:40 rolls around and I still have no updated status on the order its not even being prepared . I called the store and the guy says “its lunch hour and we are busy” . He then says it will be 30 minutes before the order leaves .I ended up just canceling . So disappointed. I work in a hospital and i am unable to leave .
Typical Chick-fil-A with fast turn around times and great service. This place is regularly packed but will get you in and out quickly.Food is uniform to any other Chick-fil-A.
This Chick Fil A is a disappointment. I ordered through the app for delivery, they forgot a salad. I tried calling and made multiple attempts to make contact to no avail. Chick Fil A Cares is a joke too. No one is able to resend my missing item or refund me. Basically I have to rely on a technical support ticket to fix it without a guarantee that they will refund me. I cant believe I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone at this location.
I’m craving some DELUXE meal. Best chicken sandwich in town for sure.
Quite disappointed on my last experience. Two items were missing from my order. I reached out to Chick-fil-A CARES, who did not correct the situation. When I followed up regarding my complaint, I received no response back. I will definitely be finding another Chick-fil-A location to go to.
So I went to Chick-fil-A today because it is Valentine's day and I wanted to treat myself to an egg and cheese biscuit. And my biscuit was in the shape of a heart. It was so cute it made me so happy.
