They only care about drive thru times. I just don’t understand, how they have a person taking your order on an iPad, to then get to the window and see ten other people. One person handing out the orders. They still end up getting the order wrong after all the people it takes to get the meal prepared. However, this is really gross how they unlike other chick-fil-as ask for the name when you get up to the window to avoid handing out the wrong orders. They just give orders out, because they just assume people are actually following the order of vehicles you were supposed to. I guess they also will just assume people will tell them they’re handing them the wrong order. So, after the person receives another persons meal or drinks, instead of remaking the meal or drinks, they will grab it and just hand it off to the right person. That is gross! It just happened to me. They gave my drinks to the truck in front of me, and instead of taking them and remaking my drinks they tried to hand me my drinks back. I doubt they actually replaced my drinks, since someone else also posted how they gave them the same breakfast sandwich they got wrong. Also, I watched how they went through my food at the window, I guess to prove to the customer which items were theirs. That’s also gross. But the funny part, my husbands name and the color of our suv was very different than the one in front of ours. So, all they literally had to do was check to the name on the receipt they took the time to print out and attach to the bag to see which orders belonged to whom, and then ask for the name to double check. It’s really just THAT simple. Just drive ten more minutes up the way to the other location.
As a realtor we’re always on the go. That’s why I have to go to Chick-fil-A to get a little bit of grub before going over to my next appointment. Make sure you get yourself a tall die lemonade extra ice keep it crispy. In a serious note if I’m ever looking to grab a bite when I’m out about my day or if I need to meet with a client this is always a great location
I usually order from here often and deal with the same.people(due to my driving by route) I never have problems with the workers or anything they are good people, but there is this one worker who is very rude, short tempered and I'll mannered I literally ordered online for pick up, went to pick up the food and the guy was denying me my order when clearly my name was on the order I even told the dude what I ordered showed him the order and still denied he said I need to talk to one of the other workers to see if my order was approved or not and she denied me it as well!!! after 10 min of finding out wether or not I'm the guy another worker comes and asks to forgive her coworkers attitude and gave me the food TURNS OUT I WAS THE DUDE for about 15min use to love eating here now it's been ruined
This chick-fil-A is hands down the best in town. Don't let the lines discourage you from going here, they keep the lines moving. I was skeptical at first to try this place because of the lines but my daughter really wanted Chick-fil-A and I went ahead and got in line. I was impressed how fast we were out of the line. The food is fresh and the fountain drinks are the best.
It's always a hit or miss ? they forget some items from time to time. Feel a bit rushed on drive thru so I don't always check my bag.
This is the time I honestly admire chick fill and the way they work, first because they don’t open in Sunday’s and now because in this particular restaurant they have a granny working here!! She was the very best at taking our order! For sure the best to get here are the lemonades and Mac n cheese!I love the original chill fill a sauce ! It goes really good with anything on the menu! You should try the brownie and cookie for dessert, but I only recommend the brownies if you like chocolate as I do!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service I went to the window the young girl at the window did not acknowledge me no one spoke to me just handed me my drink then continued talking and the young girl continued using her phone then handed me my bag of food and said nothing as she turned back to using her phone once again and talking to her coworkers I asked if that was everything she glimpsed at me and said yeah I was in shock of how rude she was never have been treated like that in any Chick-fil-A that knew management and workers are bringing that place down because that was my favorite Chick-fil-A last year. Then I get home and my order was wrong didn't get my spicy chicken sandwiches got regular ones and my salad did not have the chicken I asked for. Never going there again horrible.
Would not serve breakfast even though entered drivethru before 10:30am, but the line was so long, could not place my order until after 10:30am. Obviously, their pleasure to serve does not include me. Other places do bfast all day.Clearly not as Christian of a company than it professes to be.
They expect you to order right as they pull up to your car. They do not have hand held menu bc of covid and they do not let you pull up to the menu. They show you their tablet which doesn't show prices or how many chicken counts. Why should I know the menu by heart. It's really bad for your health to eat here that much if you know the menu by heart. They also rush you while you order which makes the whole experience even more stressful. I understand they have a lot of people and I wish that wasn't the case for them either. I wish they wouldn't get upset when you want to see the menu, they're rude for no reason. I'd rather go to the west rd location they're really friendly there.
This has to be the slowest CFA drive-thru I have ever experienced. If you're in a hurry and are expecting the typical super-fast service from CFA, do not go to this location.
