Usually on point but not this morning. I order online and go to thru drive for the sole reason of not getting out my vehicle. All was good until I got my order. 1st food was good. But if I order something make sure it is in the bag such as my condiments which was clearly on my receipt. No straw. And instead of a chicken biscuit I got the spicy chicken biscuit. Wrong biscuits and no straw or condiments is the reason for the 3 stars and because I had to park and go inside
Customer Service was amazing ? ? ?Really friendly people and they REALLY REALLY cared about their customers. I was asked my opinion at least 3 times during my dine in.I love their new Cloudberry Drink!10/10
Wife and I usually go here with friends as a tradition, but we couldn’t wait on them this time. As always, we enjoyed the service and food. Wife had the Cajun Ribeye which is topped with shrimp etouffee. This will be my next choice. I had the Pats Ribeye which is always a great choice for steak lovers.The price for the taste was well worth it!
I hate to leave a bad review but I just had undercooked chicken from this location and I hope the manager sees this so he can keep an eye on that. First let me say the customer service is great and service is quick but Id rather have fully cooked chicken rather than fast chicken. Oh and the coffee was burnt.I had an issue a few years back with a bad breakfast sandwich, the eggs used were bad. And I didnt eat breakfast there again until today.This location is high volume, fast, and usually decent food, but you dont want to get people sick just for quick service and high profits.
I come to eat almost every day and since I entered the restaurant I feel incredible, the whole team welcomes you and gives you excellent attention, the food is well served and incredible speed, today Image attended me in the front and it was incredible for that reason every day I will continue eating here I congratulate you. 100% excellent.
ordered through the mobile app and I had points so I picked fries to add to my mobile order for carry out. Something happened to the app that I ended up having to go inside the store and instead of trying to fix the issue they just said they didn’t know how the app works. All they had to do was just give me what I redeemed. whatever i took my order and left. do not recommend this specific location, if you have missing items/ incomplete order good luck trying to get them to give you a solution.
Service is usually good. However there has been multiple times that delivery options aren’t available for breakfast food. It’s very disturbing. Hopefully this can get better soon.
Always a great place to pick up a quick bite. They are always quick to move the drive thru lane. Employees are very efficient and always respectful.
When I pulled up to the drive through this lady was about to take my order and then the speakers came on and she just left me. I try to order but nobody was responding and then two cars went ahead of me. If it wasn’t for the cop I don’t know if I would of been served. All they could say was “I’m sorry, we were transitioning headsets”. Um okay but that doesn’t explain the lady that just left me without even taking my order.
Food was really good I was not in line very long drive-thru was very easy to navigate with three lanes despite there being a lot of people there I still got my food quickly and did not wait in line forever like I do most fast food establishments staff was very very friendly and amazing to deal with
