Very clean with pleasant and helpful employees.The food was good with some nice healthy options in addition to the fried chicken.Good selection of sauces.
Waited over 40 minutes in curbside and ordered using the Chick-fil-a app. Decided to call and the manager said someone else went inside and picked up my order so they needed to check and she would come outside. I said I put the parking number in the app and she can check the cameras, I’ve been here waiting— she laughed in a very accusatory tone. Pretty bad experience overall, I used to come often but I will now go to a different location. The worst customer service I’ve ever received from any Chick-fil-A restaurant.
I go to Chick-fil-A almost daily. I never have issues. Today I went at lunch time… food was terrible. I called and they were so attentive and replaced food. I’ve never had to complain to Chick-fil-A, I’m very impressed by their complaints procedure. She asked for my order number, pulled up my full order and replaced everything!! Wow!! McDonald’s could never.
This was my first visit to this location. The outside was tidy and well-maintained. The staff were courteous and efficient. My order was served promptly and was delicious. I ordered a grilled nuggets meal with the Cloudberry Sunjoy. The only issue I encountered was a small one which was that there weren't any table numbers to enter for dine-in orders on the app; a manager explained that the numbers went away due to COVID. Everything else was awesome! I plan to visit again if I'm in the area!
I'm usually a really big fan of Chick-fil-A but today i had the worse service. I was for a rush for time and was really hungry and decide to place my order on the phone. Without thinking i went to this location and was supposed to go to the one off Beltway 8. I explained that I've been waiting for my food and then the Manager (Mariam) told me that I was at the wrong location. I explained to her that I was for in a rush for time and was really hunger and if there was something she could do. As you always see on commercial that they go above and beyond to try and help customer. She said no and that i would have to go to the other location. I will never go back to the Kirkwood location again...
Cashier was in training & charged me for a spicy sandwich instead of a deluxe, when I informed them I was told I had to pay the difference which I didn’t mind & I did.. they brought the Sandwich out without the lettuce, tomatoes & cheese, when I took it back to the front I was told they would fix it, only to be brought back the same sandwich without the bacon that I paid for & the cheese cold. I informed them that the cheese was cold & the bacon was missing, they then said they would correct the order, waited 7 minutes to be brought back the same sandwich with raw bacon. I’m a signature member & always come to Chick-fil-A, but this one is will not have my business as they need better customer service & to get orders out more promptly
Great food as always. Every location has the same food quality consistency, and customer service is always top notch.
I wanted a milkshake as a guilty pleasure. As usual the line was long but I was still able to get my order quickly. I don't eat fast food much but when I do, it's from Chick-fil-A. Other restaurants have better sandwiches IMO but I keep coming here because of the EXCELLENT customer service!
I mean... It's Chick-fil-A. You already know what you're going to get. Some good fried chicken (because that's literally what it is), Impeccable service, the best tea and/or lemonade and when the waffle fries are hot- amazing. But eat them fast. Cold it's like eating a raw whole potato- wait, whay am I talking about, y'all know this already. It's Chick-fil-A. Go
Good place for chicken sandwiches. Staff wasn't really aware of their own menu but service was great
